AT&T Store

Chris did an excellent job of explaining our options and helping us decide what was the best plan for our family in purchasing two new phones and accessories. He was both personable and professional and we will definitely be back to the At&T location when we need further service.

I would highly recommend this store. I had switched to ATT last year when at a local retailer. Since then, I have had nothing but problems with the bill. I have been overpaying for the last 1 1/2 years and I could never get help when I went back to the local retailer. I stopped into the ATT store today and spoke to Brandon. He went the extra mile to help me. I am very pleased with the service that Brandon provided and will now make this my store!

Chris the store manager went above and beyond for us. He worked with my husband on our bill and even had to walk through the call center employees on what we needed done. This guy has some experience and knows EXACTLY how to do his job. Definitely the reason we are still with AT&T. Chris is hands down the best. I Highly recommend him if you have any difficult issues with your service because he WILL get things done. 😂

Had a great experience at this store! Came in today to upgrade a phone on our plan and we were out within 30 minutes. Ashley was up front about all of the costs and there were no surprises when it came to pay. Brandon, the store manager was also extremely helpful and made our visit fun. I would definitely recommend this location.

I was with another carrier for years and got tired of overpaying for service. I was skeptical of a t & t having a good signal in the areas I worked in but I feel their First Net service is better than I had before. The employees at the exit 7 store have always been a pleasure to work with on the rare occasion I had to go back. Im very tech unsavvy and they have always been there to help when I needed them.

Hands down the best phone store to go to. All of the sales reps are super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! The experience is always super fun and exciting. Not your average phone store! 10/10 would visit again. 🫶🏻

This location has awesome customer service! I was having the worst time with my phone due to it not registering my SIM card and no longer charging. I thankfully made it to the store and I was greeted by Alex who began to help me immediately. He diagnosed the issue and began to work to resolve it which took a while and extended beyond closing time. After realizing there was no saving the phone, he presented me with my options and even filed my insurance claim for me. Brandon was also nice enough to let me use his spare phone until my replacement arrived. Thank you again Alex and Brandon!

I recently visited this store to migrate my phone from prepaid to contract and had the best and most friendly experience with Alex Cypcar. They continuously worked to help me and found solutions to all of the problems we encountered during the process; this store is very lucky to have such amazing employees like Alex.

Daryl was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable ans patient. He helped us transfer from Verizon and saves us a ton of money in the process. I recommend anyone wanting to come here to ask for him.

Alex C. was awesome to deal with. He helped me move numerous lines to a new plan, from a Prepaid AT&T plan, to a post paid. This took a good 2+ hours, but he worked right through and got everything set up without an issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We have not had any luck with cell phone stores. Until we went into AT&T! Brandon was truly amazing! Answered any questions we had. Helped us get setup with new phones, and the porting process was super fast and easy. So happy we made the switch!

Amazing service and dedication by the Sales Rep Ashley. Stayed patient, nice, and helpful through the process of upgrading the phone even though it took us hours to upgrade. Never made my wife and I feel rushed. We will without a doubt go through her for all our ATT needs

I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Store employees were very professional. It was clean and they had covid protections in place. They helped transfer all of my info from my old phone to my new phone, which was great! They were patient through the entire process with me forgetting passwords and having to reset them, etc. I would def shop here again.

Chris Fields was great at helping us with our issues. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was patient with us and worked diligently to provide top notch service. Other stores did not offer us the same courtesy. I will be driving the hour and fifteen minutes again to see Chris Fields should we have any more issues.

Customer rep was very receptive to my wants and needs in purchasing a new phone. Alex Cypcar was very patient and helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable of all I phones. I will be returning to see him regularly.
