I don't know if the cashier's name is Todd but he's has a white beard and I have to say he deserves a raise or a bonus because the flow of customers along with great personality is great! I guarantee customers come back just because he works there

The clerk was the first person in my lifetime to tell me I had rewards for my purchase if I wanted to use it.

I appreciate that the receipts actually print at the pump, but all the window cleaner wells were dry and without towels and two were missing squeegees. It’s a pet peeve of mine because I used to work at a gas station...it’s not that hard to maintain that stuff.

Clean, I guess because it’s new. Just bought a 20 oz. bottle of Coke for $2.34! My aunt owns a little resort on Sanibel where there is a Coke machine. Says she will not try to make money on soda, same 20 oz. Coke is $1.00. Of course I’m not going to drive to Sanibel to buy a Coke, but do they really need to make that much on a bottle of soda at 7-11?

Nice clean place. The pumps don't give you a receipt and you have to go inside to get it.

Rude staff, was told to go to another store if I didn't like the fact that items are incorrectly priced. Was told it's not their job to fix the the price tag. That's how it rings, if you have a problem with that, go to another store. So I went to another store...

The older lady cleaning the floors was very rude and aggressive just because I was in the store with my bike.

Every time I give in there, like today, but not often, the coffee and service sucks. The older man with the glasses and gray hair is NEVER ever friendly. I tell him the coffee is never hot and he says nothing he can do about it. I shouldn't have to microwave the coffee. He should replaced or spoken to. This is one of the rare awful.stores of 711

Our area is dealing with the hurricane and having no gas, they have gas, but one customer upset the owner by bringing too many gas cans. Instead of turning away the one customer, they decided to close even with a huge line waiting for gas. They turned everyone away because of one bad customer.

THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SUPPORT LOCALS IN A TIME OF NEED. THEY HAVE GAS AND CLOSED BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS.

7-Eleven does not stand by the products they sell. Purchased a defective bottle of Neutrogena SPF 15 sunscreen on 12/28/2021 that wouldn't spray. The cashier and gentlemen on call offered to do an even exchange since the bottle was full however when they did not have any in stock they refused to give me a refund or exchange for a similar product which was all I asked for. Gentleman told me the SPF they sell is not even their product it's a different vendor but none of the product in the store is yours you have vendors for all your products so I don't understand what the issue was. On vacation from Wisconsin and very disappointed in 7-Eleven

Theres a creepy old guy who works there. I genuinely don’t go here anymore because he gives me looks like he wants to kill me or something. He is also kind of rude in a harassing way. Please fire him, I literally drive the extra miles to avoid the old creepy cashier here and go to another gas station instead.
