The Home Depot

Stopped in H/D in PowderSprings on New Year’s Day, 2024. A # of associates asked if they could help me while I was browsing in lighting (thank you, appreciate it). Good crew.
When associate Matilda came by I had some questions (under counter lights) and she was so friendly, polite, nice and helpful! We found exactly what I needed (out of a huge selection) very quickly. Great customer service.
I also made a return at the service desk with Janice and she also
provided friendly, great customer service, rare these days! These two associates absolutely made my day! They are an asset to Home Depot and great employees who really care about their customers and it’s appreciated Thanks again!

I literally just left this home depot that is about 15 minutes from my home and I would like to share my experience. When I walked in, I had no idea where I was going until I saw a very readable sign that said lumber. I couldn't initially see an employee but once I walked around I found 2. They ( Jahvon & Andre) really helped me find what I was looking for & load the product onto my vehicle. They also guided me into strapping it down, making it immobile... which was a great help. The cashier, Tiff was very helpful in helping me open the straps, which wasn't very expensive. The board (16.p/2boards) wasn't that expensive & it has a gloss top. I'm going to make a skate floor, how about that?
Update: just rollerskated on it for the first time, it was very smooth, a bit slippery, but I'm not complaining , just need practice.. and not as impactful once i fell ... I'm in love.. seriously. Thanks Home Depot Powder Springs & Jahvon, Andre & Tiff

Always a great experience at the Richard D. Sailors store. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Tim the sure manager is the best!!!! Also, had a lovely conversation with Heavenly in appliances today. She's a real joy! I love my home depot. ❤

I stopped at HD to grab a few items and could not find 1 item and was looking and looking when I saw this lady who was I belive stocking shelves and ask , she turn to me with most beautiful smile and said she would find the item and she did

When my washing machine stopped working I bought the replacement here and now My fridge stopped working and I bought a replacement here as well, customer service was very good. Phone call prior to my visit was super helpful.

Anyone who knows me knows I'm the DIY'er when it comes to home comfort and beautification. I was in the market for a Fireplace Blocker Blanket but decided I was NOT going to pay the price for a product that didn't meet my full expectations... So, I researched my options and made my own cold & hot draft blocker thing-a'ma'jig. I had a lot of questions regarding a product, like is it fire-proof next to a fireplace heat insert at certain temps? Does it give off toxic fumes resulting from prolonged exposure to temperatures around 91-95 DEGREES? Other concerns were clearly defined on the specs. Jahvon dug deeper into the specs and when he was unable to answer my questions, he asked another associate. Together, we figured it all out. Jahvon was attentive, very helpful, patient, courteous, friendly and very professional! Kudos to Jahvon and the Powder Springs Store location for making my shopping experience(s) a breeze. I probably pass 2 Home Depot Stores just to shop at the Powder Springs location because every experience is a good one. Keep up the good customer service!

I rented a rug doctor from this Home Depot today and had a great experience. The online reservation worked, the employees were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I got a tutorial on how to use the machine and was ready to roll. Machine was in great condition. 10/10 would return for rentals.

Really good place, has everything, down to the door mats, I came to return the drill and the lady who was working with us was very nice, her name is Lisa, very patient and reasonable, never said anything and worked with us very nicely till the end

Mr. Nathan in the tool rental station is the definition of greatest of all time every time I come up there to rent he is accurate and knows his job to a tee I appreciate him and hope you get a raise you are worth it

This morning while shopping I had a problem with an item that was out of stock. I saw help coming as 2 male associates approached me while I was standing in the middle of the lumber isle. I looked right at them pleadingly as they avoided eye contact and walked around me. I was able to find the female store manager from Jamaica who assisted me and was extremely pleasant and helpful! Her kind assistance totally transformed my anxious situation. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such kind and capable manager.

I'm located right between this location and the Hiram store. This store is great, not near as crowded as the other ones nearby and it's a little smaller so I like it when I just need to run and grab something - it's quick and easy to get in and out of, and do a little browsing without getting frustrated. If I need a large quantity of something specific, today, like say a hundred of a certain type of brick, sometimes I have to go to the Hiram store because this store doesn't always have enough but for a typical Home Depot run this is where I go and I like it.

One of your agents assisted me with my purchase of a microwave oven. He was kind in lifting it and checking the actual size for me. It fits perfectly!

Called to put an item on reserve right before closing and they got me fully accommodate without a hassle!

Has all your house hold needs. Staff is very helpful. Store is always so clean and well organized.

It's my second home, I like shipping here or just going in to browse for new ideas.

I came in one afternoon looking for a nice plant to put out on my porch. I had assistance from Casey and he was awesome. He had great customer service and was extremely patient with me. He helped me pick out a beautiful plant for my porch.

Very nice experience. Alisha took me directly to the window locks. They are hard to find. I didn't ask her to take me there, good thing she did, I would not have found them. Great customer service. Also the cashier on the way out was very nice too. Thank you
