Big Lots

This is a very organized and well kept big lots. They already have Halloween and Christmas items out in September. I’ve always loved Big Lots, they have lots of great deals especially when you shop on the right days. I’ve bought furniture from them in the past and it lasts. From state to state I’ve never had a problem with their customer service. 👌🏾

This place has everything for everybody!!!!! One stop shop!!! Big lots is my best friend for holiday shopping and everyday gifts. Not to mention the staff is excellent too. They work so hard at every location I visit!!!!

Thank you Steve, Manager at this location. My mother needed new sturdy patio furniture that she can get out with her Arthritis and the set she found was out of stock. We spoke with two other people at the store who refused to sell the floor model. Steve went beyond to satisfy his customer by calling his manager stating our plee to sell floor model. We greatly appreciated him. Thank you Steve!!

Great place to get gifts and seasonal decorations.

This is the most organized big lots I've ever been in the have so much stuff I only went in today to see what all they have to my surprise the even have a furniture section I will Definitely be back all the employees seemed really nice and helpful can't wait to go back and spend some money lol

Very clean and neat. Very spacious too. I just happened to be near. I usually do the south Cobb location, which doesn't look like this one.

Called last nite to see if they had the nite stand to go with my new bed and dresser in the Willowton design and he checked and found 1 in stock, advised I would come by in am. Went to store gentleman brought it out, rang it up and loaded it in my car. Thank you to both Smyrna and Austell Big Lots for helping get the bedroom I wanted.

Big Lots is one of these stores that sells name brand items and some off name brands but prices are good, they run specials and send you coupons. You want to get a card like all stores have these days. All in all its a great store to pick up odds in ends.

Mostly like the renovations they've done. Makes check out easier. However the new check out area is right in the sun so it's hot and the credit card machine is hard to read in the glare. Must be hot for employees.

I purchased a mattress from this location. Great costumer service from Manager Mr.Greg. He went above and beyond to assist me.

10/29/22 update: Have changed a lot of their inventory, missing some products .Still a fun place to shop !!

This is a well kept Big Lots. It has alot of really good ideas for home and cleaning products galore!! A very large selection of snacks and electronics, and as a plus there is am extended furniture side with sofas, and all that you may need to furnish your home. Employees are very friendly.

I expected more furniture since the sign outside says Big Lot's Furniture. The store is split into two sections, one is dedicated to Furniture.

I always enjoy going to the Austell location. The staff are nice the stores clean, and there's such a great variety. I appreciate the people such as Andrea who was so helpful. Keep up the good work!

Big Lots is a great place to get furniture I went and bought me a nice recliner for less than $300 which is great and I love it it also has food and clothing is more like a Walmart but a lot cheaper you will enjoy your shopping experience try BigLots they also have your voice when you spend over $15 you get $5 off your order that goes a long way with me have a wonderful day now period.

You never know what you will find at Big Lots as they seem to have a little of everything. I always find deals on specialty foods at this location. Items that when bought at chain grocers would cost more than double.
