Went to cricket wireless store for a busted up phone, but ended up having a wonderful conversation with two of the best employees that cricket has to offer. they were so helpful and kindhearted. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone especially for the new customer deals

Over the past 3 weeks I have been trying to get a copy of my cellphone statement. After being locked out of my account and then denied access to the server when trying to log into my account, I went to the Jasper store. Erika went way above and beyond to help me get information about the service that I pay for. I called the customer care 800 # several times, to no avail. If you want superb customer service, go see Erika at the local cricket. She understands what customer service is. TY E

Very good service. My sister switched from Verizon to Cricket and saved over $100 per month and got a new phone. I may switch from straight talk as well. I also bought speakers here that includes Bluetooth. I'll be back.

On Tuesday, February 18, I lost my phone as I was running to my car during a down pour of rain. I was in Calhoun. After searching two locations to make sure I hadn't left it earlier at another stop, I headed for home near Blue Ridge, GA. As I drove, I became increasingly worried about the information contained on the phone and my passkey was a simple one. Thinking I might try to find a library in Jasper (no idea if there is one) as I was driving on Hwy 53, I noticed the Cricket Store. I pulled in, hoping the salesperson would understand my apprehension even though my carrier is not Cricket. I met a kind young man named Cason Hardy. He understood, looked up the phone number for my carrier and allowed me to use the phone for about 10 minutes while I suspended service on my phone. Cason could have told me he couldn't help. But, he didn't. He seemed truly concerned for my discomfort and he was so very kind. If there's a time in the future that I need to change carriers for some reason, I'm going to Cricket in Jasper. I really appreciate you, Cason Hardy! Thank you very much.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful to me. I've never had a bad experience going to the Jasper Cricket.

New Management and the workers there now are wonderful and it's a very great service but the associates know what they are doing and exactly how to make a customer happy before they leave the store when it comes to any issues they have it's amazing now. Like a new place it's Great service and I give them a rating of over 100

Service was great if they got my problem fixed I'll be tickled but it'll take a day or two for me to find out if they fixed my problem but the employees there were super nice and jumped right on the job
