When I arrived at the store I was in a hurry to get what I needed so that I could get back on my way to work.

Hiram made that possible for me, he was attentive and knew exactly where to find what I needed.

The whole process was quick, simple, and pleasant.

Hirim was very helpful. I came in at store opening for a new battery. He happened to be the only staff present and he replaced my battery while assisting other customers as they came in as well.

Went in today for a battery test, Brandon T helped me by testing the battery and changing it out for me. Young kid, but better customer service and work ethic than most people twice his age! Thank you Brandon T!

Hiram was wonderful. I deliver for Amazon in my own car. After picking up my packages my car would not start. Two people said go to Auto Zone and I’m glad I did. Within 15 minutes i had a new battery installed at no extra charge. Thanks Hiram

Yesterday September 18th 2023, I bought a new car battery for my 2004 Rav 4 from the AutoZone on Kanner in Stuart, and I have never had a better customer experience in my life! I waited a week or so to replace my battery from Autozone because I was told by friends how great St. Lucie Battery & Tire are, and I should go to them. They are great, let me make that clear! They are super busy and I couldn't get it done yesterday as a walk in. I went to AutoZone and I am beyond glad I did, Abra helped sold me the battery and Brandon installed it. From the moment I walked in the door till the moment I drove away was 15-20 minutes tops. Abra was clocked out and had her purse/backpack on her back and stopped to help me, which is unbelievable to me!! She was so helpful, so knowledgeble, so kind, curtious and felt like a friend was helping me!! Very rare in our current "chain retailers". I worked at Lowe's so I know. She raved about how awesome her boss is and how she enjoys working at Autozone very much!! I was blown away by her charismatic, caring, and just enviting personality! Brandon installed the battery for me, he was super knowledgable, kind, and helpful! He also attached my rear wiper blade that I have had in my car for months, in 3 seconds! I tried to tip him and he said he couldn't except it! I'm from NY and we tip, sorry but its just what we do, and I'm Italian! Anyway, I have a big mouth and I will be recommending anyone I know to this Autozone location.! They deserve the business and recognition! I hope you see this Mr. Autozone, your shareholders don't matter as much as people like Brandon and Abra!! Trust me! Don't take them for granted!! You can call or email me if you would like. Wow! What amazing service, I had my windshield wipers installed incorrectly which ended up causing me to be stuck on the side of the road in a storm, Abbra was so helpful and went above and beyond to help get me back on the road and I am very thankful!

Excellent customer service by Jesus. He changed out my battery and got the new one in and got me and my son on our way, not stuck out in the heat with a dead battery
We went to the other auto zone first on Federal Hwy and even though there were two workers in there and I was the only customer, they refused to change out my battery to help a single mom out.
Highly recommend the one on Kanner ONLY.

We were camping about 30 minutes from this location when we learned our batteries in the camper were dead. I called multiple area locations but Abra at this location saved the day! She was able to tell me over the phone that they had exactly what we needed, and then she lent us tools to replace the old ones out in the parking lot. Honestly I wish I could hire her for my family business, too rare these days finding such a friendly and competent hard worker!

Thank you Abra for allowing us to continue our camping trip. Without you we’d have had to go home. Give this woman the raise she deserves!

Shoutout to the manager Juan and Armando they helped me find what I needed and got me in and out fast. We also had a great conversation about my ten cars!

Went to the Kanner Road location on 2/2. I had an issue with my license plate holder.
Jesus jumped right in, got me what I needed and then went the extra step of helping me put it on.
Car dealership wanted $125 just for the piece (ridiculous) and I left Auto Zone with a $40 bill. Perfect. Highly recommend.

Abra, and Brandon went above and beyond. I pulled up with a serious problem. Brandon diagnosed it right away. Abra guided me how to fix it and talked me how to fix it myself. I popped my hood, listened to her advice. 5 minutes later I was on my way.

I needed to quickly replace the headlight on my 2005 Mitsubishi Spyder ahead of a long night drive. Brandon quickly found the right bulb and then volunteered to install it on my behalf. A few minutes later I drove off with functioning headlights. Thanks Bronson. Amazing service.

I want to commend Brandon, a caring and innovative employee at this AutoZone store. Brandon spent a considerable amount of time addressing a problem I had and was able to get it moving toward a resolution. The employees I have encountered at this AutoZone have always been very helpful, but Brandon certainly went the extra mile.

These guys are amazing and definitely know their stuff! My partner and I were driving down to South Florida on vacation and when all of a sudden our car's A/C stopped blowing and giving out hot air. We pulled into the nearest AutoZone we could find. Retail sales associate Kenny was so kind to help us out and walk us through how to recharge the A/C on our car and help us find the right tools for the job and helped us also replace our cabin air filter all while making sure we were getting the best deals. He was so kind and knowledgeable and will always remember this encounter. Trust your local Autozone!!
