Giant Food

Very impressive grocery store! As I shop there mainly they have so many options and produce options there can be. What makes me love Giant is that the Deli where you can get your custom meat, cheese, and pepperoni the staff are amazing! They always treat me well and are always polite no matter the circumstance. I love this grocery store and definitely recommend this place!

Wide verity of options are available, specially after renovations last year! I like to go here for groceries and able to find other stuff.
Only issue, the self checkout only allows /0 or less items but they may have to keep it that way! But my favourite grocery place

This Giant is so biggely. It is so well stocked and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about products and services. Great deals and an awesome bakery/deli.

Very smooth and kind employees! The pharmacy is a nightmare! We stopped going to the pharmacy because it was the worst I’ve ever been to. It was a nightmare dealing with pharmacist who’s job is to run insurance and fill prescriptions but they make up their own rules. Lies, rudeness & constant threats if you don’t like it go to another-so we did!

Spacious, lots of food options along with groceries.

I love the variety of products, produce/ vegetables, poultry, seafood Etc. Cleanliness it's on point! Very professional,respectful & kind employees. The evening shift employee CJ is awesome! Both of our sons & my daughter attended Howard County's OMHS!

Never a problem. Employees have usually been agreeable and immediately helpful. Today I couldn't find the produce option for "yellow peppers". The attending employee walked up and nonchalantly typed in the exact code for the yellow peppers from memory.

Haven't shopped at Giant in many years and absolutely loved being back in the store. Staff is wonderful and so is the selection of products

Excellent selection of meats and produce. New hot wing bar was good. Very friendly staff.

I go to this Giant now instead of the one on Centre Park Drive. It has been newly renovated and is always clean and stocked. Giant has done a great job with the renovations and new management.

First time shopping at giant since I’m new to the neighborhood. Very clean and organized.Met an associate CJ who was really nice and extremely helpful with my check out. Everyone is nice here, and helpful. Kudos!

PROS:
- Definitely the slickest design Giant Store I have been to.
- There’s a Starbucks & kitchen inside.
- I like the design.
- Fast check out.
- As usual, it has all the products that Giant Stores offer: Flower, Bakery, Pharmacy, sea food, Meat, Fresh
vegetables and produce, Milk, you name it. The pharmacy has a lot of products.
CONS:
- I parked far from the store. All the parking spots near were used. Looks like people love this store or keep their cars parked forever 😂. I parked really far from the store and didn’t like walking this long to get to the store.
- The Bathroom was ok, could have been cleaner because this store looks nice.

Overall beautiful and well stocked Giant Store.

Love this place and the pickup option. I just picked up an order at 11 this morning and the lady helping me was extremely nice and helpful. With that said, I had to circle the lot a couple of times before I could find a pickup parking space. There were quite a few people parked there that were visiting neighboring businesses and not using the pickup service. I saw one person blatantly lie to an employee who asked for his order information and last name, and he went into the bagel store next door. Giant management: you really need to find a better way for these spaces to be controlled and only used for the intended purposes. As much as I love the service it's frustrating to have to circle the lot because a bunch of people are parked in the incorrect spaces.

This review is meant for a particular employee Warnette, she was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to assist us in checking out. Thank the Lord for her because if it weren't for her we were ready to walk out and leave a full cart of groceries at the check out. The older lady with the dark hair & glasses at the self checkout (didn't get her name unfortunately) was very nasty and rude and left us wanting to leave and never shop there again but thanks to Warnette for saving the day and turning in unpleasant experience into a pleasant one!! It's so nice and refreshing to see there are still good people with excellent customer service, which seems to be a rare commodity these days!! Thank you so much Warnette... Wish there were more people like you in the world 😀

I love this Giant! The produce and meat are fresh and the shelves are well stocked. There are always sales. There’s a mobile app that allows you to make shopping lists, and sort the items by aisle….it’s great. The employees are friendly and accommodating as well. I’ve shopped here pretty frequently and have not one complaint.

My local store. Never any issues here besides regular shoppers in the parking spots designated for online orders. The pick up staff are pretty cool. Melanie is always pleasant and have been with the store for a few years. Theresa is a great manager as well. Whenever I have an issue she is always on top of it with superior customer service for curbside pickup orders.

This was my first time shopping here. Justin was great. I loved his personality and he made me feel welcomed and loved on this Valentine’s Day ❤

The employees make this location my favorite. It's tucked away in a suburban shopping/restaurant zone, yet it's close to everything I do in Elkridge.

I once accidentally left my phone at a self-checkout stand, and when I returned 40 minutes later, the gentleman overseeing the area saw my rain-drenched, panic-stricken face, and asked me if I was okay. If I needed help.

His only concern was about my well-being. When I mentioned my phone, he walked me to the service desk, and got my phone for me. Then asked me if I needed a paper towel for my glasses.

There's a reason why I go out of my way to shop here, if I'm in eastern HoCo, because the employees are *fantastic.*

Clean and bright store. The layout is a bit confusing at first since all the vegetarian and vegan selections are places closer to the produce but that seems to be a 'giant' thing. I use this store for pickup as well and typically never had any issues.
