Absolutely love our new appliances. Getting them from Samsung was problematic, but Ken, Terri, Mandy and Patty Cake ensured everything went as smoothly as possible!! Priced the same as the big box stores, too. The fact that the store is small and that Terri remembered us after browsing the store months earlier, was a welcome surprise.

They were very friendly and prices are very reasonable cuz I checked a couple places in town that sells washing machines and Chavis had the cheaper prices..I would recommend anyone to go buy whatever they need from furniture to appliances and it will be really great when they get the training and knowledge of repairing the appliances that they sell so they can offer an even more service for their customers. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom when she need to buy a new washer machine

Bought a dryer at the Lucedale location. Dryer was delivered, set up, and old one hauled off. Price was same as Lowe's but delivered sooner and with excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Offered same sales and cheap deals as Lowe's and home Depot.
