Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. I’d never seen or heard of this place before, but found it online while seeking local arms dealers. They helped me find what I was looking for and made sure I knew what I was getting. Whilst waiting on my background check, I walked around and realized this place has many beneficial items! I ended up also purchasing the best pair of sunglasses I’ve ever owned. I’ll be back!

The service is excellent. I do not know of any store, even large cities with an inventory like Jones TValue. If u need something, it is probably at this store at a competitive price. There must be a million screws of different size. Plumbing, guns, paint......

Great experience, far better treatment than large box stores...Owners took time with my son and myself. Felt like I had gone back in time when people were important...Loved the experience

The staff was very friendly. I ordered an item and they called me promptly when it arrived. I will be back! I saw someone posted about Lowe’s and them not keeping up... well, if you want to support a large box store that is not local it’s your choice but keep in mind it’s the local stores that’s will be around to support your community. Just a thought to keep in mind.

Very friendly people & knowledgeable staff. Everyone I have encountered here have been super nice! They have just about anything you can think of & stuff you never thought you needed! Certified Stihl dealer, so they have genuine parts for Stihl chainsaws. They keep a lot in stock so you don't have to wait to get them. Way better than the big box stores! Love visiting this store, hidden gem in Mt. Olive!

An older gentleman who works there helped me build a part for with different pieces to replace a discontinued part that had failed. Super helpful and took time to understand what I needed and help me find a solution.
