Ordered 4 gifts, online, to be sent to people for Christmas. On the website it had a place to write to & from and also a place for a message. These fields were filled out for all packages sent. I received delivery confirmation but did not hear from any of the people that the gifts were sent to so I reached out to one friend to see if she had recieved it. She said yes, but that she had no idea who it was from because it did not have my name. I called the store and spoke to a lady and she looked up my orders and confirmed I had filled out the to & from fields. She then proceeds to tell me that they had received several calls about this but that the computer at their fulfillment center was not picking up these fields. I said to her, "Do you know how many people are sending out gifts to people who will have no idea who the gift is from?" She said, "Yeah, well, like I said, it's a fulfillment center issue". If it's a known issue, they should not be accepting orders! This is absolutely ridiculous! There are plenty of other online places to order from that will get the gift messages right! Please be advised that if you order online, your recipient will have no clue who it is from until they get this fixed! Disappointed!
