Ross Dress for Less

This store is always chaotic, but if you stick around you’ll find some really great stuff. I don’t know why I do it to myself, but it’s worth the long wait in the lines. I find gems all the time. I highly recommend this Ross in Smyrna!

This is my second time at Ross, bought the wife a pair of slippers, I think they do a good job keeping up with the amount of people in the store. The checkout process was pretty good; line was super long, but it moved fast. They had all hands on deck and checkout personnel were very friendly and efficient. I'll have to go back and see what's in there. Looks like they have lots of stuff to choose from

I found three pairs of shoes for a little more than a $100. Only two cashiers, long line, but worth the wait. I bought two pairs of Puma and a generic Rebook knockoff. Like T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, Ross it a hit and miss when it comes to buying footwear.

Too many bosses and workers walking around, customers are lined up all the way to the backroom only one cashier is active. They dont value people's time and patience. They pile people in the store. People standing on the line are so frustrated . Mamagment need to change things or need to be changed themselves

Went straight to the cashier. First time ever. Everyone was super polite and working hard. Great job.! It was a breathe of fresh air to see everyone doing so great!

Love this store; this particular location has lots of jewelry and fun nicknacks. Lucky finds in clearance, and name brands at discount prices. They always get me with the imported snacks in the check-out line.

Nice store. Pretty well organized. Not too much out of place but it was late in the day so have to expect some of that. Store staff super friendly which was nice. Only suggestion is to put a chair near the fitting room so you have a place to relax while waiting for your spouse to finish trying things on.

The best Ross in middle Tennessee. Yes the lines are too long. The dressing room is always full and the place is a mess. But they have the best stock. I can always find shoes. The home department is trendy and cheap. The purse selection is superb!!!!

I love this place. Their clothing selection is very universal and it isnt very hard to find your size here. They almost never have two of the same thing. They have really awesome home decor here too, such as giant concrete-looking statues for $10-$20. Its a super cool store and I definitely reccomend coming here if you have a semi-formal event or even if you're looking for something that smells nice, such as a candle, for your home.

Ross is a great place to shop for a lot of different things, baby gifts are always a good thing to get, and if you love kitchen stuff they always have great things. They shoes and if you wear a hard to find size check here. When I can I stock up on gifts that I know my friends and family would love, it makes the holidays less hectic and helps the budget too.

Business great place to shop

Ross has been a first stop when I need to add to my wardrobe. A careful and discerning shopper can save 50% or more on quality name brands. Only cons are very crowded at peak times and very limited customer service on the floor. Be prepared to wait in line to check out, but the savings are worth it.

Went in here for dog clothes. The line was ridiculous BUT the team gathered and before I knew it I was out with my purchase. Great service and a lot of things. I specifically went for dog clothes. Awesome find!

Found the white pants I was looking for at a great price! I can count on Ross! Only problem was a shortage of cashiers. The store seemed very busy for a Thursday.
