Came in for a passport photo for my 15 month old. I had actually been turned away from another Walgreens. But Julie (night manager?) there was so patient and had a special trick to ensure we could get a good photo even with a cranky crying little one. Not only that but upon check out my guy Santiago was just so friendly and had a great energy and vibe. Overall probably the best customer experience I've ever had at a pharmacy store. I'll drive out of the way to come here again vs the walgreens closer to me. Great team.

I have been noting about the services and off late it has been a amazing experience overall. Be it the friendly customer service or apt suggestions when you are searching for an item or lost in the store :) Special mentions needs to go to Cori and Julie. And the Photo Kiosk is great, they know their stuff and are mindful addressing the requirements appropriately (photos have different specifications / sizing requirements )

Incredible staff!

My wife got a c section few days ago, we got discharged from hospital around evening and provider prescribed us with strong painkillers. However, due to the time line and being first time parent we lost the chance to get the painkiller right before the pharmacy official closing time.
Fortunately, we met an awesome and kind staff still helping us and provide us with the prescribed painkiller!! We can’t imagine how my wife is going to live without it after gone through C section!!!!!!

I go to Walgreens because of Julie, she always treats customers with smile & helps them very quickly, she knows where is everything. She went above and beyond to help us with the photo printouts.

Walgreens was crazy today they were open but the employees were strange anyway The cashier was super nice and thanks so much for being there on Christmas

For everyone that has something negative to say about the pharmacy here's what I have to say. If your unhappy with the speed of service how about you just take a chill pill and have some compassion and WAIT! Do you understand the pressure the pharmacy is under and how UNDERSTAFFED MOST pharmacies are? Google it and you will find out, and if your still not happy apply for a job and help out other than that hush it! I have had to wait like everyone else but im no more special than the next and if I have questions at least I can get them answered even if it does take a bit!

regardless of the reviews about the pharmacy - I had a good experience in the store part... one of the managers actually gave me an in store credit for an item that i needed returned/exchanged!!!

they weren't supposed to because it was a prepaid card, but this young manager dude did it anyways!!
I hadn't used the card and the company would not give me a refund.

Great employees, truly nice and caring, however, I've been here twice in a week, these are terrible costumers, especially those that go to the pharmacy. I would say the employees are too nice to these pharmacy customers. Infuriating experience watching these nice employees deal with these awful customers.

The employee who helped me today, Armando, was friendly and attentive. Thank you for making the pickup process a breeze!

My insurance changed its pharmacy contracts and the Walgreens Kirkland pharmacy person who helped could not have been better. He was patient, professional, and kind.

Went in to get my flu shot, the pharmacist guy was cute, administered my flu shot without it hurting, and gave me a purple band-aid, which was fun.

Very professional staff. The photo kiosk is fantastic and employees really know their stuff. Emanuel and Autumn were really helpful with passport photos.
