Had a recliner delivered by Josh and Ryan not only did they do an excellent job, but when Ryan was entering the door, I had a heavy package outside and he said here let me carry that in for you I will say this company goes above and beyond. Thank you,!

I needed to get a sectional for my home at the last minute and I called Rent One in Flora, IL. Tammy answered the phone and was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The sectional I wanted wasn't available...and since I had waited til the last minute ... she told me about one that was similar that was in stock. She sent pictures to me immediately. I called back and said let's do this and my sectional is going to be delivered tomorrow afternoon. This gal is on the ball! THANK YOU TAMMY!

Tami and Hope were both very wonderful with providing information for me as a first time buyer of a washer dryer set. They also helped me with starting the search for a kitchen table and they always have a smile on their face when I walk in to pay my bill!!

Great atmosphere and great people!

I woke up one morning and my refrigerator went out. I was loosing all my food. I contacted Rent-One and the lady was so polite and nice, that she found me a good used refrigerator in my budget. She saved the day for me. I'm on S.S.D and couldn't afford to loose all that food. God Bless You All.
