I’ve been here only 2-3 times for quick and easy access for my return deliveries. I didn’t need help from anyone so very easy and self explanatory to do everything myself. So far so good! The two gentlemen working the front were fine and helpful when I needed to purchase tape or packing slips.

The employees are absolutely great! Especially Jeremiah at the lake st, oak park store. He went above and beyond and that’s not an exaggeration.

The UPS store on Lake Street in Oak Park is always my go-to when shipping packages. The team there is very helpful. They manage the line quickly and offer useful advice regarding getting your package to its destination in the most efficient and cost effective way.

Awesome People Awesome Place, I Went In There And Had 2 Use Their Computer To Print Up A Return Shipping And Packing Label That Was Sent By Email, U Can Use The Store Computer For .75 cents, After Finding My Email On The Screen My Mind Went Totally Blank As How To Print It Up And I Only Had A Few Seconds To Print It Out Before My Session Ended And I Have To Pay Again, I Panicked A Lil Bit, Nevertheless A Employee Saw Me And Without Hesitation He Jumped Right On In There And Took Care Of It 4 Me As Well As Shipped The Package Off 4 Me, What A Great Employee What A Great Store!!!

Front desk dude with the glasses provides exceptional service, best UPS store in the area because everyone is friendly and professional.

I’ve used this store twice in the last two weeks and i couldn’t ask for more. Very friendly young men helped me, they were fast and polite. And they knew all the answers to my questions. Thank you.

I forget his name, but the person who helped me was so kind , and efficient. He had a calming voice and didn't get frazzled with the line forming.

Very efficient! I love interacting with people who seem like they actually want to work and enjoy their job. Customer service was great! There was an issue with computer while I was there and employee (Angela) went over and beyond to assist me.

I've been a customer of this UPS Store for several years now, and I must say that I'm always pleased with their service. Maybe it's because I actually feel like they take stock in who I am beyond a mailbox number, and they make sure that I'm quite sure of everything before shipping anything out. I've even had them tell me that shipping with someone else might be better for me because of price. CJ, the general manager is always professional, even when there is someone standing in line chewing her out for prices that she can't really change. Every employee that she has hired has always been professional as well. Angela, Skylar and everyone else always have a smile on their faces, and continue to exude it under pressure. After moving from proximity of the store, I continue to keep my mailbox because I like going where I know I'll be treated well. Keep up the good work you all!

I went to this UPS store when I needed a will notarized and witnessed, and once I got in the door after waiting outside in the Covid line, the process was friendly, fast, and efficient. Manager Angela did the notarizing, and she asked two other employees to serve as witnesses. And the cost for this and notarizing another document was only $7.00.
I am especially appreciative of them because I know of nobody I can impose upon to be witnesses, and I discovered that while Chase and Fifth Third banks would notarize the document, they won't provide witnesses.
I would definitely go there again.

I am very pleased with the service of Store #3385 and especially I like to recommend Miss Jeannie for a great help in one problem that I had in the past weeks. She was competent and fast in taking care of the complain.

This place is awesome. I've had to mail, fax, scan, and do everything else here from legal docs to packages to family, and they are always on top of it. This UPS story saved me! I am located across the country and had a document due at a certain time and they saved the day by printing it and delivering it in an hour notice. This is quality customer service! Big shoutout to Kia and team!

I needed to send in a visa application as soon as possible so I sent it 2-day air. For some reason the Immigration Office in New York declined the package and sent it back, which further delayed my application process. When it was returned the package was heavily damaged which could've meant a loss of highly important personal information but that thankfully was all fully intact still. The manager at this store, Skylar, was not only super amazing in helping refund some pre-purchased return labels but also figuring out the best course of action for getting the application sent back in immediately as well as what I could do in order to get reimbursed for all the troubles this caused with the entire process. He was the most friendly and helpful manager I have ever met. He was willing to go to bat for me with solving this issue and for that I am super grateful. Best managed store ever!

I walked into a packed store during holiday season. There was a disgruntled customer whose package had gotten sent to the wrong place and subsequently stolen. CJ addressed him with compassion and clear directions. I needed a tube that USPS no longer carries. CJ measured my paper, gave me the correct tube, and taped it to have ready for when I got to the counter. She assured us that the line looks long, but they would get to us quickly.
She was right. When I got to the counter, Kate took care of me lickity split. I was in and out in 8 minutes all with super friendly service.
They were amazing!

I have mailbox / package receiving and holding service here and can't say enough about CJ and the team. Incredibly helpful, friendly service above and beyond. Small family owned business feel with the professionalism and reliability of the UPS brand. Highly recommended for all your shipping / receiving needs!

Had an eBay order that was a difficult item to ship. This store really helped me out by packing and shipping the item after the seller dropped it off. Many thanks for their willingness to take my information over the phone, take the item from the seller, and pack and ship it. They made what I thought would be a difficult experience very easy.
