Casey's

This Gas station used to be Mobile, but Casey's took over about a year ago. It is a place I go to for over 7 years from time to time. When it was mobile the staff was very friendly and helpful. Now that it is Casey's the staff is still friendly and helpful.

Needed gas for the car tonight and wanted to get an ice cream to go. Stopped by inside to purchase my snack and the guy who checked me out seemed very cool.

The pumps are very clean and user friendly. The store is very clean and neat and orderly setup. Not too much of a change since take over from Mobile.

They still have the car wash which is the best car wash compared to any other gas station I have used. The only downside is that their car wash is not 24/7.

For a late gas station, I would recommend it. They pretty much have any last-minute item one may need.

I have a timeshare in Detroit and was on my long drive home and had to piss real bad(had a few too many brews on the road lol). Stopped at this Caseys and to my surprise there were a group of very rough looking gentlemen shooting dice in the bathroom. They let me roll and I ended up winning $40. I forgot to wash my hands after I went potty but thats ok. I would say I definitely recommend this gas station bathroom to anyone looking for a fun time!

Beyond impressive I tried their hot chocolate it was as if I was drinking it from Dunkin’ Donuts the difference was it was twice as cheaper same great taste ; I tried their pizza it was tasty they had sauces garlic butter and others selection that is bigger than pizza restaurant all free! there gas is the exact same gas from shell but if you spend 10 bucks inside the store you get $.25 per gallon off on all your gallons for your gas pumping huge value I highly recommend everyone coming to this gas station and trying out their coffee their hot chocolate or their pizza as well as their at their gas! Ten stars!

Awesome to have a Casey’s in the area to satisfy those taco pizza cravings.

I drove here for a friend because she forgot her allergy medication, I didn't go in just stayed in the car waiting.

Good gas station....I drive from Palatine to fill up and run my truck through the wash. Pumps seem to be down once and a great while though.

People at midnight seemed a little burned out and overworked but the day people and morning people are nice and pleasant. It’s a gas station, it works as a gas station. :)

Illinois version of Kwik Trip but not quite as good

I’ve never had a Casey’s pizza with 2 inches of crust. I grew up in Iowa and have always liked Casey’s, but this location just doesn’t care. Poor customer service and poor product preparation. While picking up my pizza, the person in front of me asked to put in an order and they said, “we aren’t taking orders right now” but I put in and order and was picking one up so that wasn’t true. Then I stood there waiting while 3 employees just stood around talking in the kitchen not wanting to work. When they finally help they give me this half thrown together Pizza.

I specifically came here for food because most Casey's are great and on top of things. There was one single old looking slice of Supreme pizza. I can't eat meat. I asked staff and they looked annoyed. It was 2 woman and a man and the man seemed to be in charge of the food- he told me it would be at least 10 minutes if I wanted cheese pizza. It is just past noon.. why is all the hot food empty during lunchtime? As I left no one was moving toward doing anything about the food issue. The 3 employees continued to stand and chat with each other. No one apologized.

The slushee machine wasn’t working, even the ones that didn’t have the red light, it was just pure syrup. Could’ve at least had a sign up letting people know that the entire thing wasn’t working.

Car wash always close. I'm paying a membership sucks.... its a fraudulent

This is one of the worst maintained gas stations in the area - many times they have no window washer fluid. I will no longer be giving them my business. I figured that with all the time and money to rehab the store they would offer better service than the prior Mobil station- definitely NOT!
