Employees have always been helpful. Rainchecks good for quite a while, no problems. Prescription prices through Medicare D are good

Staff was very kind to me after I had a bit of a meltdown trying to copy pictures of my brother after he died. They were closing but still showed me some patience and kindness.

This pharmacy use to be my favorite pharmacy. I go to Walgreens because of the price, and because I get extra points in my "drop" coupon application. I use the drive through for convenience. Recently they have hired people that cannot speak English fluently, nor understand it. I thought it was just me, however, I took my friend with me that LAST time i went there. I literally had to SPELL MY NAME OUT (3) times in the drive through lane and she still couldn't find my prescription. I had to agree with her that I had the text on my phone that it was ready. I felt like I was banging my head against a wall. Then the English speaking woman came over and found it immediately. I ended up transferring my prescriptions. Coupons and savings were not worth the headache.

Walgreens always has household necessities in stock! The location at Hamlin and Rochester Roads in Rochester Hills, MI could stand to have their floors redone, but it is satisfactory regardless.

Would be much better if their pharmacy was open later!

I feel customer service could be little better.
