I recently used Creekside Hearth for a chimney inspection and sweep, and I couldn't have had a better experience. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the process to me. They arrived with me having limited knowledge about my chimney / fireplace, but their expertise and guidance left me feeling assured and ready for the winter season. I appreciate their expertise and plan to rely on them for years to come. Highly recommended!

A big shout out to all the crew at Creekside. Making a major purchase to make a major improvement on our almost 100 year old home required a lot of research and we asked a lot of questions. Everyone we spoke with provided the helpful information we were looking for and we found a wood stove on the showroom floor that worked perfectly for our needs. A "warm" thanks for all the help and cooperation that made this venture, start to finish, a pleasant and successful one.

Mike and his crew arrived at the exact time he said they would. They were pleasant and well-mannered. They laid a drop cloth down to protect my floors. Over 2 days, they worked quickly and did an amazing job. I contracted with Creekside for two fireplaces. The price was reasonable and Mike assisted with the design process and made it very easy. I would definitely do business with Creekside again.

Very knowledgeable staff! Got me everything I needed even though I didn't purchase my stove from them. Sold me all the right pieces for my chimney liner and even took back the ones that didn't work out with no restocking fee. THE place for all fireplace needs!! This fine establishment is family owned and operated. Always friendly, honest and helpful. We are updating our fireplace with some new accessories and was floored by the displays, variety, and no rush service. Rachel has been fantastic in assisting us with our decisions in decor. If you have interest in other wood burning heaters, the variety is fantastic.
What about grilling? Oh yeah, they have the grills too!
I highly recommend this business for your fireplace needs and ideas for design. I am glad to have come across this fine facility!

Staff very helpful. We were gifted a pellet smoker and stopped in Creekside to buy pellets. They helped with operational tips, learnings from them using the product and recepie suggestions. Very happy we stopped in. They do stock 5 different cooking pellet flavors.

Purchased from and had Creekside install the Antoinette FP7 woodburning fireplace. Great place to work with from start to finish. Very pleased with the product and the work. They know their business well and I highly recommend them.

Very polite, customer service oriented, and extremely helpful and they KNOW THE PRODUCTS they sell!!! I believe the lady's name that helped me was Dee, if im wrong I apologize!! She spent about an hour going over the pros and cons of the grills I was looking at, she answered all my questions, showed me all the details, and how to clean, remove, use the rotisserie, etc, I could go on and on. And then they delivered for a very small fee to me the next day!! Unbelievable people, great customer service. Im smoking some chicken as I write this on my new Napoleon grill!!! Thank you CREEKSIDE!!!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

The moment you walk into the showroom you will see who knows everything about what you are looking for. They have everything you can think of in the heating department. It's no secret that you get what you pay for now days. So trying to compare competitors pricing isn't a option. If you've done your research you will see for your self how much better everything is built. Great atmosphere!
