Great variety. Good organization. Friendly spirit to the place. You can save quite a bit with the coupons. Both checkout with cashier and self-checkout lane work great. Clean. One recommendation: Please create option for alerts (price drops/deals) on wishlist items.

I just luv the employees at this store. Kudos to the management staff for passing on how important customer service is. I am partially disabled and a young female employee who was offering cheese ball samples today. The flavor that I really enjoyed was the bacon and cheddar cheese ball. Her name started with a “D” if I am correct. Out of the kindness of her heart she walked back to the other side of the store and was able to locate one of those for me and brought it back to me and made sure that I had the $3 off coupon. I was so moved by her kindness and excellent customer service, I wanted to give her a hug, but I didn’t. Not only H‑E‑B should be proud of her but her parents also 💕

I’ve been going here for years and overall it’s been a great experience! I pick up sometimes at curbside and it’s been a good experience as well. Especially when I get Dana. She is so fast and very kind and professional!! Stellar service!! I highly recommend trying curbside if you haven’t already!! Organized store, clean and the stock is great.

A really exciting store. I would never have gone there at first. But then, thanks to a recommendation from a Texan, I did.
I thought this store was totally overpriced and wouldn't satisfy me. But they convinced me. The normal products they all have are no more expensive than at Walmart. But they also have a huge selection of their own products where they pay very close attention to origin and production. And all at a reasonable price.
I think I'll be stopping by more often now!

Where we do 90% of our grocery shopping. Very clean store with very courteous employees, and easy checkout. Shopping carts do need to be maintained better. Sometimes it's hard to find one that doesn't wobble or stop when using.

On the 3rd day God created HEB so mankind could be fruitful even during Hurricane Harvey. I love HEB. I will name my first born Howard Edward Butt for a True Texas BBQ to be built in the parking lot (in place of the Popeyes). From supporting local businesses, hurricane relief, cheaper store brand products, and fantastic service I would live here if I could.

Great store for fresh food, lots of variety, and yummy tamales! We stop by the cooking guy and have a taste every time! Their store chips are delicious and bakery is good too!

Leonard is always so polite and does a great job bagging my groceries. Seen him lots! April was sweet as pie today when I met her.

For all your grocery needs, Heb is your one stop for all of your essentials. Great meat, vegetables, and fruit selections and varieties.

Demonstrations that they have are delicious & recipes are awesome!!!
Meat dept. The beef is to die for, the best in Texas!!!
And last but least the kitchen dept & holiday dept. I go absolutely crazy with buying all kinds of stuff

Great selections! I was very surprised based on the size of the store. Unfortunately I encountered my 1st negative employee. She should have been asked to go home. I asked her how she was doing, rather than her addressing me...1st clue...her reply was "I'm here". The other girl sacking my groceries was VERY positive! Almost to the point she was trying to cover for the checkers rudeness.

H-E-B had been my go to store when I lived in Texas, and it is still when I visit from NJ. It will always be my favorite all around great grocery store. It has everything and so much more. I love their homemade goodies in August based on hatch green chili's in season. Homemade rotisserie chick salad is amazing. And everything else special that they do. I love the jalapeño poppers they have made up and ready to go! They are the best! The crawfish in season is to die for (only on weekends). Their store just has every variety known of each item, and the bakery department is next to none! I also love the amazing selection of wines they offer. I particularly like Todd, who is one of the managers. Oh, did I mention CUTE! He's such a nice, friendly and welcoming, man and greets people at the door. If you've never been to an H-E-B you don't know what you're missing!

HEB is always fresh and if it isn't ask them and they'll give you something new. Always clean and updated!

Wow! I’ve been coming to this H-E-B for a very long time. It always has something Good! I mean the partners the environment. It’s well put together. Today was super special! The announcer sounded like he was enjoying his day, the sample folks were so enthusiastic. Everyone was respectful. It truly is such a great store.

The biggest HEB I have ever been to. Has Everything your looking for. Good customer service as well.

If you're an introvert and you want to minimize human contact, you can take advantage of their self-checkout, they have a couple intended for up to 25 items. I think it's great. They still have plenty of cashiers for people that want to wait in line. I don't see the negative to scanning one's own items.
