CVS

They do a good job filling and refilling our prescriptions. Sure there can be a wait, but when is there never a wait at places like this? As one stated before, they work very hard to get people in and out. Sometimes it doesn’t go as smoothly. Either way, this CVS does a good job for the foot traffic they deal with.

Today, I went to pick up my scripts and was greeted by sweet, kind professional young lady’s. There was no wait time. Since the change over in Pharmacists, things have changed for the better. The neatest thing I saw, was the creativity of this seasons information about vaccines. Magen, one of the pharmacies techs had created the neatest reminder to get your vaccines. When entering the store, there is a walk with each virus’s name, and syringes, decorated with bright colors directing your way to the pharmacy. There’s no way, you can miss this point of sale as a reminder to get your vaccines. For the elderly, it’s a reminder to ask questions on what each vaccine is for. (Example..What is RSV?, as a retired healthcare worker it definitely is a good conversation starter and each vaccine that is needed and due) If you haven’t seen it or had your vaccines go by the store and take a look! I believe, all CVS, should take a lesson from Magen and the Tomball CVS staff and have this design through out there pharmacies and stories. I have been a CVS customer for 40 years. Even before it became CVS. Good job Magen and staff! Keep up the good work to make CVS, 815 West Main Street, Tomball, Texas, to best it can be and more. Pharmacy employees are very helpful and friendly. It only took them a few minutes to explain and get information on my daughter's prescribed medication. She even printed out a list of her past and present prescriptions. Great service. I always send prescriptions there and they have always been great.

I can't say enough good things about the pharmacy staff at this location. Me and my husband brought our daughter in to have her vaccine done and she is extremely scared of needles and is also autistic. She started having a meltdown and was not being cooperative in the slightest. They were so patient and understanding. The biggest thank you to all of you for all you do! We really appreciate you.

I do shop here. Everyone is helpful to me. The thing that needs improvement is MORE employees. It is not their fault they are unable to do everything. CVS needs to change this. They have started a curbside service. It would not accept my phone number. That needs work also. I ask how not enough employees are going to do this new service. I know I have written a book about my review. I have attempted to contact CVS about all this but not been successful. My five stars are for the great employees who work hard to assist shoppers. I do not use the prescription dept. Bigger carts would help me. Thankle you.

I have always received courteous and efficient service at our CVS in Tomball. I am greeted by my name as I walk up to the pharmacy counter; I truly appreciate the hometown attention and smiles I receive. I especially want to thank Sadia for her assistance and advice with a recent prescription refill.

This cvs has always been very nice people.i go there alot all hours of the day and each and every time is usually different staff.and like wise there very nice nomatter who it is..so if anybody says different there wrong

Once me and my friend told the employee that she had a service dog and the employee last let us on the the dog but it wasn’t actually a service dog😂😂
