T-Mobile

Stopped by today for a service need on my T mobile plan. Worked with Michael, such a wonderful person and he listened well and added genuine value to the interaction. Next time something comes up related to T mobile I know who I'm calling first.

Had a great experience at TMobile today. Never thought I'd say that about a phone provider! I went in to switch carriers and was greeted immediately, and put on a short wait list. About 5 min later, Laura helped me with what I needed, and it was painless. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Thanks!

Just got an IPhone Pro Max 15 here. It was a great deal with the promotion and staff was really knowledgeable and very helpful.

Michael helped us transfer back to our warranty repaired phone. Super nice guy & helped us straight away!

The store was busy when I arrived around 1pm on a Wednesday. With that said, I only had to wait about 10 minutes until a friendly staff member assisted. This store is relatively new and about a mile east of the other store on county road 42 in Apple Valley.

I can honestly say that I was very impressed with the service I received. If you read through my reviews, it is clear that I am not easily impressed. The person I worked with was able to issue my warranty claim in no time. He was also able to have the replacement drop shipped to a completely different store for me. The agent also explained that I would get several text messages throughout the shipping process and took some extra time to answer a few questions that I had about their Internet service for home use.

My experience here could not have been better. I highly recommend this location for all of your T-Mobile needs.

We've been to a few others T-Mobile stores in the area and had terrible experiences leading to more problems than before we went in. I honestly wasn't optimistic in coming here, but was glad we did! From entering the store, we were greeted in about a minute. All associates were busy with customers, but the store manager, Mike, checked us in when he had a chance. It was a weekend so they were understandably busy. Cole helped us out and even save us money (pending confirmation on my next bill). He walked us through the process and kept us informed of what was happening each step of the way. He also mentioned they had a sale on accessories, but after responding that we weren't interested, didn't push any further. Not pushy salespeople here, just great service!

My man hasan was super helpful with my transitioning from android to the iPhone 15 pro max. Great guy always smiling. He was able to help me out today in the middle of helping another gentlemen. Very good multitasker. Did 2 different jobs at the same time. I’ll always go back to him specifically

Hunter was extremely helpful and satisfied our needs in a timely manner. After our experience at the Rosemount store, we were very frustrated with Tmobile. Hunter made it easy and frustration free. Well go back to this store next time we need help.

I had an amazing experience at T-Mobile yesterday. The associate that was helping me was Cole Tindal. He was super polite, very knowledgeable, he made the process of jumping my phone delightful and easy. He made my experience feel very welcoming. Please let Cole know we appreciate him, and to keep up the amazing work! We are proud T-Mobile customers always! 🥰

Not a review about the cellular service- but the customer service.

Every time I come into this store, they are always friendly and helpful. By far the best experience at any cellular store. Cole, Laura & the manager on duty at the time were extremely helpful and quick. They all knew exactly what they were doing and made sure we knew policies, and other important information. Very satisfied

I've had nothing but great experiences every time I've needed to stop by this location. The last few times I got the chance to work with Laura Magana and she has been so kind and helpful each time. The staff is very friendly, doesn't push too much but always makes sure you're getting the most out of their service and best possible deals.

I am currently a Sprint customer looking forward to moving to the T-Mobile network. I stopped by this store and spoke with Matt on how this transition will work. He was awesome, took the time to understand my thoughts and concerns. He came up with an option that will work for me that will be a smooth transition. A huge thanks to Matt.

I also have to thank the other two guys that were working the morning of 11/6/20 because they also added some info to my situation.

I have been here several times. Each time I'm helped quickly by someone who is competent, friendly, and are helpful in resolving issues. I appreciate all the help from the employees at this location. Good customer service seems to be a dying skill. It's nice to see it still alive and well in some businesses. Thanks guys!

As always, this Apple Valley T-Mobile gave me stellar customer service last night. I always go to this location because I know they will take care of me. I received a new phone in the mail through insurance and went into the store to have them assist me in transferring everything from my (cracked screen) old phone. I am a little nervous to do this on my own and I really like things a certain way. They were very patient with me and answered my many questions. Andrew in particular really took the time to take care of me and even talked to me and genuinely seemed to care. (Thank you Andrew!!) Whatever this store is doing in the way of hiring good personnel, they are doing it right! I've always been happy and will always go there for my new phones and any assistance I need!!

James was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to switch a phone from another provider to my own account so I could come into the store prepared. He helped me set up an appointment so I could come back with the necessary information and assure I could meet with a team member. He was also very knowledgeable about different phones. Tre was very helpful in adding a line to my account. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive phone, rather he found one that best fit our needs. He was friendly and very helpful. Tre and James made the experience at T-Mobile quick and pain free.

As always they fix my phone problems.. Just want to add: it was between 7:45 and 7:50 pm. and they close at 8:pm. They still helped us, without being in a hurry and as ALWAYS fixed the problem and gave us exceptional service. This is the only T mobile we go to even through we live in Lakeville. Always worth the trip😊

I walked into my Apple Valley T-Mobile store with some issues with my cell phone account.
Ken the salesman listened and help me fix my issues and I was on my way.
Great service and that’s why I’m still a Sprint customer.

My wife and I came in on the 4th of July to ask some questions about a trip to the Philippines. Laura was kind to look up all the details. She even suggested a better plan for us. The manager was also very helpful offering suggestions for our travels. He seemed to be having fun with all the customers which is nice to see. Always have a great time at the Apple Valley, MN store.
