Had a great experience at this location. Ryan went above and beyond to help me when I needed tires. He was kind, understanding, helpful, and clearly cared about making sure I was taken care of. I felt like a valued customer and I will never take my car anywhere else because of him. Thank you!

These guys are awesome! I drove 8 hours from VA and got a nail in my tire about 20 miles from Valatie which was my destination. My friend said to call them, but it was already 5:30. Ryan said bring it down, Kenny plugged the leak and I was out by 6:00. Fast courteous and very fairly priced.

I needed a tire repair, and mavis took me in at the last minute notice and fixed my car on Christmas Eve. I am very, very grateful for them. Very happy with the professionalism and the service that they provided will definitely come again.

I just had the best experience at Mavis in Valatie. The manager RYAN is a very experienced and knowledgeable mechanic in addition to giving me excellent customer service. I had gone to several mechanics prior going to Mavis whom misdiagnosed my car. Ryan literally backed up my car and diagnosed it correctly and immediately. My car needed a wheel bearing and RYAN was willing to stay late to assist in getting my car done. He would have missed his friends wedding and I said no I can wait on my car. Ryan offered to drive me and my two daughters home. I highly recommend this place and trust them completely. Which is very hard to find these days as a single woman in this world. Moved to selkirk and was looking for a new mechanic. Working with the staff here and talking to Ryan the manager about the issues I had with my car. They were able to identify a lot of the problems quickly and take care of them. Thank you guys.

Came in on a Sunday. Only shop open and thank God. Had a blowout late sat night. Now I don't have to move my schedule. So convenient. Staff was friendly and did excellent work. Dident try to oversell of get pushy like some places do. I will be coming back

Was having issues with my rear passenger side tire not holding air. Was passing by this location just to see if someone could take a look. Not only did Tom look at my tire, he very easily identified a problem with the valve. Was able to get me back up and running in no time! Was very thankful for his professionalism and eagerness to help!

I stopped by Mavis in Valatie because I heard a weird sound in my front left wheel well with a kinda click every time it made the full rotation. I thought maybe something was wrong with my breaks. I talked to Corey about it and although it was pretty busy, he was able to get me in pretty quickly to assess what was going on. They got it lifted, removed the tire, and found it was just a little rock stuck between the rotor and the back heat shield or something like that. I'll DEFINITELY be back and doing some business with him. He could've done me dirty and told me it was something it wasnt to make a large sale like some other places I've been when I was younger, but he was honest about it and in doing so made a new customer. Thanks to Corey and his team.

I stopped in with no appointment for a sudden shimmy & Ryan took my truck in within minutes and assessed the front end thoroughly. They rebalanced my tires and inspected the front end. Problem solved in less than an hour!! Excellent professional service.

The only place open on a Sunday around here! Came in for a blowout tire and was treated with so much kindness. Not only were they not pushy and overpriced but they even tried to offer the best alternatives for what we needed. This is now the only place I’ll trust.

Ryan and his team were super quick, awesome and took perfect care of us. They showed us exactly what was going on with her vehicle and explained everything to my wife. Ryan made my wife very confident in the repairs he did to her truck.

They were so helpful diagnosing my tire sensor issue, and creating peace of mind with the tires...and on top of it did it for free! Definitely returning for tire needs.
