Five stars for the customer service today, because I bought two Pod Twists in a row that didn't work right. The guy behind the counter helped me trouble shoot them to be sure, and then replaced the item with no hassle.

i know im the only one saying that this gas station deserves 5 stars and i feel bad for the people who say they were ignored but the times ive been here im always happily greeted by the worker and am in and out quick and easy wether im getting food or gas or a late night snack. i hardly come here durring the day though and am usually here getting gas after a late work shift near midnight. but for my experience(s) this gas station hasnt done me wrong

I have never in my life had such terrible customer service. I went in store to get gas and cigarettes, as I'm going in scratch my ticket in my ampm app and won free slurpe so got that went up to pay for everything and he charged me for slurpe I said no free he said no you pay show app he said don't no you pay we went back forth he grabbed the drink out my hand .I said give me all my money back for cigarettes gas I left
telling him you can not treat people like this your not allowed to come in there personal space and make me feel threatened like you did.. ...now I'm calling BB on him and I'm not going to let this go because at end of day he came in my personal space angry grabbed the drink in which made me feel threats he did ask for it or nothing he just grabbed it .

Horrible excuse of a human working there today. It's a hot day, so when I came in I made a joke about wanting to crawl into walk-in coolers. To which this guy took totally serious and when I explained I was joking he stated "No NOT FUNNY" then starred me down....to which I was like 🤔 are you kidding me. I've worked with mentally handicapped but really where your helmet. The he denied me saying no slushy refills despite the fact ice been doing for quite some time now and never been a problem.....I'll have to think of a real special consideration for this guy.

This store has by far the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The gentleman who works the graveyard shift needs a lesson in how to treat customers. I will never step foot in that store again. Don't bother calling to discuss your issue with the manager because he is just as bad if not worse then his employee.

The guy behind the counter seemed to have a tough time giving me back the correct change. Got a hot dog and a single burger, paid with a $20, got handed $3 and a couple coins hesitantly and with a smirk, like he just pulled one over on me. Decided it wasn’t worth complaining but won’t come back.

No one at the front counter, had to find them in the back JUST to get service (even though the front door rang twice.)
Went at 1:35am about to drop $80+ for a shindig with co workers, and couldn't buy a beer because they lock their coolers at "last call for bars," and the only exception is if the employee "forgets to lock the cooler by 1:30."
Driving the extra 5 min to 7-11 from now on. And I dont even like that store.... so that's saying something...

When I walked in there was a lady with brown and blonde hair organising things behind the counter. I stood at the counter for a full two minutes and she didn't even acknowledge my existence. Not even a "I'll be right with you ma'am." I was just completely ignored.

I then said very loudly, "I guess I'll go somewhere else to get gas." She didn't even look up, no reaction at all. I am extremely dissatisfied, I won't be coming back.

Went there late at night and guy over charged me and when i showed him price on door he said they forgot to change the price , I have been there during the day and the price was correct on the door , will not be goin here again . price for 1lt sprite 2.19 + tax was charged 2.97 , the price is not that big a deal but they should not be over charging
