Shandelle, girl!!!!! You’ve got some beautiful pieces in your store. I was kind of anxious about sizing since I live in Texas, your shop is in NY, obviously so way for me to try before I buy 😂 BUT I guessed based on the models sizing listed at the bottom of the main page (sizing button, I think it says). And I was right!!! The sizes were normal, not too small or big.

I ordered the most gorgeous dark turquoise maxi skirt and fall dress (photo posted) for a photo shoot I have scheduled this month.

Shipping ($5.99 for my two pieces) was super fast, I was expecting at least a week from NY to TX, but it was like 4 days! Woohoo!!!

Thanks to your team for getting it out to me and to your fashion sense in which pieces to carry. I’ll be back for more goodies ;D

Iv ordered multiple times from shandelle and co. & iv never had an issue with any of my orders ! Shipping has always been fast. My only complaint is that I wish all the store items were available online, since I can’t go to new tour to shop !lol

Use to carry plus size clothing but nothing new has come in stock in months while “standard sizing” has new arrivals all the time. Don’t advertise curvy squad when you don’t restock.

I ordered 4 hoodies during a 50% off sale. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive which is no biggie however when the items arrived 3 out of the 4 are incorrect. I had bought 2 Merica hoodies originally size 3X and Large. I made a mistake when I purchased the 3X, so I messaged the Facebook page asking to change that to a 2X. Then I sent another message right after that asking for both the merica hoodies size 2xl and large to be changed from the standard army green hoodies on the site to both black with white vinyl. I got a message back saying they got my request and would do that for me. I even sent another message making sure they understood what I was asking. I was sent a message back saying I noted your order. When my order comes I was given 2 army green size 2xl Merica hoodies and the other one I purchased on site had rose gold vinyl and I got white. I messaged the store the same day I got my package and let them know what happened. The first message said that they will fix it. Then I never heard back so I again messaged the store FB page and got another message saying that they misunderstood what I asked for, ( they took it as I wanted 2 size 2xl hoodies in black with white vinyl). Either way the color of the hoodies was wrong. They said that I have to pay the return shipping to fix their mistakes. I don’t want these hoodies and will gladly send them back however it states on their website that if the company makes an error they will pay the return shipping. I just want what I ordered but I also don’t feel like I should have to pay return shipping. The rudeness in the back and forth messages was the last straw for me. I will never do business with this company again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This company does comply with what the owner has written on her website. If you ever have to message the store you will be able to tell right away if its the owner messaging back or an employee by the harness and rudeness verse the kindness of her employee's. I would not want to work there.
