Buff City Soap

This is my new favorite store for ANY SCENT. Everything smelt absolutely scrumptious to the point where I was Irish tap dancing to Mars
My personal favorite is Cherry almond <333
The staff was so kind and bubbly
I didn't get to nervous talking to them. They were very welcoming and helped me with anything I needed without a problem! On every scent there was a description of what it smelt like and everything there is so high quality!!! 😍😍 You can even customize your own body butters, body scrub, and so much more. The best part is that they don't charge you for doing this and will do it in the store for you within minutes. I was honestly impressed! They even have soaps for your fur babies 🥺🥺💗Please go here this place is so whimsical you will not regret any purchase 🤤🤯😍🤑🫶🫶🫶

This place is fantastic. The prices are so reasonable. The soaps and other body products smell amazing. They all have strong smell retention. At the makers counter kids can make half a bath bomb for free. It is so cute watching them design something of their own. I love their mystery boxes. You get three different things they sell in the store to try out. This last time I went I got whipped lavender soap, a bath bomb and whipped body butter. They smell wonderful. I highly recommend going here

Great shop, wonderful employees, and lovely products. I’ve been using the laundry detergent for over a year or more. We really enjoy it. We paired with the wool balls which are great. The soap smells amazing and the free samples keep us in soap for months! I’m happy to continue shopping here :)

No other laundry soap compares! Hooked on eucalyptus lemongrass. Also the body butter is exquisite .

Very welcoming with an open atmosphere to explore and even customize what you want your soap to smell like. The staff and manager Jordan are the best. Jordan answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the store. She’s definitely an awesome employee and person to have on your store. Best of luck and I will be returning.

I went to Buff City Soap in New Hartford NY 2 weeks ago. The smell in there is amazing!!! I love it there everyone in the store is so friendly and helpful. I purchased 3 bath bombs and 3 Fizzys. I can’t wait to go back there again. I’m thinking of making a basket for my church’s up and coming Ladies Retreat to raffle off as a prize!!!

We love it here! My son got to paint his own bath bomb and pick the scent for it, he had so much fun! EVERYONE that works there is super friendly and helpful! Great store!

Love the soap! Very sudsy! Bought some laundry soap..but haven't tried it! Store is very nice...clerks were pleasant too! I'll be back!!

Soap is amazing and smells so fragrant!! Laundry soap can be customized to whichever soap smell you like and they always have some deals going on

Super cute & great stuff!

First time shopping here and I loved it. Nice variety of scents and products. Bought beard oil and foam soap as gifts for family at Christmas and they all enjoyed them. Also, like that there is a selection of soaps for kids and dogs. Can be a bit pricey but I do like the idea that the soap is made right at the store.

Soap was a little pricey

All of their soaps and bath bombs smell awesome. However using one of the bath bombs is equivalent to bathing in a vat of bacon grease, wouldn’t recommend. Their bar soaps are nice tho!
