Home Depot in Barstow is very clean and very easy to navigate whether you're a professional in the industry or a home improvement enthusiasts you're not going to feel lost here and whatever it is you're looking for there's a friendly and knowledgeable employee just around the corner ready and willing to help you out with anything you need with a fantastically great attitude. I really appreciate business's and their employed team members who are able and happy to assist and help educate you on all of your construction and remodeling projects 😀

Extremely helpful, Samantha really took care of us and helped us with what we needed for our generator. She was prompt in handling our issue and straight-forward making it stress-free. The other location was helpful too, but her efforts of going above and beyond set Barstow HD apart. My parents and I thank you Samantha!

Customers - This location is super clean and organized. I'm not sure if this location is brand new or if the staff love their jobs ALOT! This site is so clean (I know, repetitive... I think I'm in shock). The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Our 11 year old son is working on a project. He was able to navigate the store with the help of some of the friendliest Home Depot staff we have ever met. Someone who can help a little boy navigate a big warehouse without getting lost deserves a gold star... And then a separate cashier who patiently waits for the same child to figure out how to pay. Wow! We give this store not one good star but five. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was also helped in the appliance department and purchased a microwave. The helped I received was beyond fantastic and wish I would've taken down their names. They have most categories covered with an ok selection. Almost no welding supplies. Helpful employees if you can find one. They're training a bunch of young newbies, so I'm cautiously hopeful.

I could spend thousands in their plant department. So much awesomeness. Unfortunately many can handle the summers, but not the winters. I live out of town where there is no shelter from neighboring houses, and the sandstorms are brutal to these hot house plants.

Jenna Garcia at customer service is an absolute amazing person to have. She really helped me on something that was a issue but took care of every detail. Thank you Jenna I really appreciate you

I was immediately helped by the workers as i walked in the store. That made me feel welcomed. I left rather quickly because i was attended to and able to find what i needed quickly. I like the clean store and helpful associates. I'll go back soon and recommend shopping there.

I travel all over socal and the western U.S. and have been in many, many Home Depots. Some are better than others and I have never reviewed one before, but when I walked into this store even though I was focused on my project I immediately noticed how clean and orderly everything was. The associate who helped me took all the time i needed and led me right to what I needed. I wish they could all be like this one.

The woman I talked with about the wood I needed for my first project was very knowledgeable. So friendly and got my wood cut fast. She was great.

Great stop for a restroom on the way back from Vegas. Friendly staff. Pick yourself up a new BBQ while you're here.

Great selection of outdoor plants! I was a bit disappointed that there was no “in need of rescuing” indoor or outdoor plants. Wonderful place to get real Christmas trees!

Home Depot is great! All of the staff is extremely helpful. We had the pleasure of getting help from Katie at the register. She pointed us in the right direction for a few more things we needed. All the staff made our shopping experience easy and pleasurable.

First time visiting this location. Had to pick up a some material for a job I was doing around the area. Some of the items were ordered ahead of time for following day pick-up and there were some issues on some of the items not being in stock. The employee's were very helpful with the situation and did the best they could. Very nice employee's. One thing I enjoyed was that they have a lumber area in which you can drive-thru and pick up your lumber. They do load the lumber for you if needed. Another good thing is that the crowd level is not too bad. Very clean and organized Home Depot.

I would like to give a shout out to a few Employees DAVID, JONATHAN, APRIL & GIO they were so very helpful with all my heavy bricking i purchased! They all loaded it in to my SUV without scratching it & very careful in placing everything to sit & fit well to haul home 💯 very great customer service from all of them nice & ready to answer all my questions David & Jonathan did all the heavy duty stuff I appreciate you both! They made my shopping more easier & cared to make it a good experience!
