I MADE IT IN TIME FOR MY MEDICARE TRAINING thanks to you both!!!! (and a nice random stranger who helped me load my car).

I rushed in at 8:12 - the lady in Self Checkout helped me get assistance. Jeanine. Then I rushed back to toilets where Philip jumped right in (I told them I think I’m on a game show). He helped me understand the differences and I chose a middle/lower priced one $149. He got it on the dolly thing and I RAN to check out. Out the door by 8:22am!!! Then I had to get it into the car - where all of the medicare stuff is. Pulled it out and was trying to figure the dimensions - a random guy walked by and helped me load it. I’m back home by 8:32 when the road to our house is BLOCKED due to construction!! Noooooo!!! I cannot carry the thing to the house. Got redirected (the other side of the hood opened up) and rushed back…parked and DONE. It’s in time for me to do my training!!!

We were having trouble finding something and it didn’t even pull up through the app. We went to multiple Home Depot’s!
After looking forever we asked Walt and he helped us! Everyone here is super nice and Walt, of course, made it an even better experience!!

Dig it, self serve, but you still have to go inside to pay! Cashier was quick, quick!! Have you ever had to wait for a person with a key? No more!!!!!

Great staff, the most willing and knowledgeable staff at any Home Depot I have ever visited.

Jim was so helpful. We were getting railroad ties. He got employees to help load them in our truck. We needed ratchet straps as well. He helped pick some out and showed us how they worked. All the employees were so nice.!!! Best Home Depot experience we have had. Thank you Jim!!!

Good place, but, don't think you'll have any help with heavy items. Iam 72 and I could get no on to help me stack 20 12" x12" stepping stones on a cart , push to cashier then push to my car, and load into car. I also needed mulch. Same deal until my last day Ethan was there, and finally, I got help. It ridiculous that there was 1 real man there that would help (Ethan)! He wouldn't let me struggle and did it all. Thank you, Ethan.

Huge kudos to Kadence, Ben, and Dominic in the Paint Department today. I visited twice to correct a color match for the stucco on my house. They went above and beyond to get the right match and tried everything they knew. They were friendly, they persevered, and in the end they got a great match!

We had a great experience with Travis today who helped us with our flooring order. This is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with him. He is very thorough and detail-oriented. Thanks Travis!

I always find what I'm looking for in this Home Depot and if I need help with something I always find a knowledgeable and friendly employee to explain things to me and help me find what I want.

I always find what I need. The employees are helpful and attentive. I was in there the other day and the supervisor was training a large group of new employees. I kept seeing them all over the store in different areas. I am pretty sure each of the trainees had asked me if I was finding everything I needed by the time I was done shopping. Not all Home Depot's I have been to are the same, trust me on that. This one has that small town feel and that is great!

Favorite home shop for construction supplies, landscaping, plants, birdfeed, tile, paint, carpet, etc., etc.! I get all excited just walking in and smelling this store! ❤

This is a DO IT YOURSELF store, the expectations y’all have for these associates are insane. Typical for the older generation. Nobody cares if you go to Lowe’s.

Great place to find almost anything you need for your home, staff is very helpful.

On Sunday (9/19/21) I stopped by the Monument CO Home Depot, my local store, to pick up some split rail fencing. After my purchase and pushing my cart to my truck I saw an mid aged man getting out of his van. He and his effort drew my attention as a neighbor has a similar handicapped van and uses a wheel chair as well. Once I realized it was not my neighbor I continued to my truck. While loading my truck I heard someone ask me if they could help me load up. I turned around to say "no thanks" and was surprised to see the person asking me was the man who had just exited his van, sitting in his wheelchair. I was floored by this gesture and quickly retracted my "no thanks". I did not catch his name but he said he was a new employee of Home Depot and he was about to enter the store for his shift when he decided to see if I needed help. What an amazing and inspirational person you have working for you Monument Home Depot. Not only is he an exemplary employee but an exemplary human. Please tell him thanks again for helping me load my truck and I hope you can find a way to recognize him for his excellent customer service skills.

I've shopped at this Home Depot for a long time. Every time I'm there, the staff has been ready and willing to support me. There was a veteran that helped us recently with a sprinkler issue. He went above and beyond to help us. I'd recommend shopping at the Jackson Creek location in Monument, CO.

Very nice home improvement store! Clean, helpful employees, organized, and well stocked! I'll say that again, WELL STOCKED. Extremely pleased how much inventory there was at this store. Also, the parking lot and curbside pickup areas were spacious which was a major plus for me.

I was helped by a wonderful person today named Justin. I could not find the products i was needing. It was so nice to be helped with kindness and a smile! Thank you JUSTIN!!

Home Depot in Monument has yet to disappoint. Great service from their associates, military/veteran discount, comparable prices, and solid rentals. Last minute cancelled an auger rental because of the weather, rescheduled with no cancellation fee.
