Unlike other big box stores, on the phone I reached a salesperson right away. Courteous, helpful, informative service. I was able to track the delivery of my item on a map I was emailed. A five star performance.

Our dishwasher came dented and we didn’t realize it until we opened the box. But luckily we contacted customer service and spoke to Melissa who helped us out tremendously! She was very kind and understanding. We’re super grateful for her willingness to help us out in swapping out our appliance!

Love this place! It's a bit of a "has everything madhouse" but that's what makes it great. Great selection, great prices, helpful staff. I buy most of my electronics at Brandsmart. If it plugs in, i buy it here

Bought a kitchen package brand whirlpool. Better deal as a package than purchased individually. Excellent prices and great customer service. Great selection on all things electronics, kitchen appliances, small kitchen appliances and kitchen gadgets.

I went to change my brush then I got another one for the same price a better deal as usual but it was a great experience.

There is a shortage of appliances... But they help me to get washer and dryer combo for a rental unit...that we need it ASAP.. I just came back they help me with a dishwasher...

hello about twenty days ago we bought a microwave and I wanted to highlight the good treatment and professionalism of a worker Alan his name and he is American, he was kind, he showed us everything they had and even accompanied us to the store and took us to the door of very friendly and respectful check out, I really appreciate his way of dealing with customers.

Francois and Moises really helped us find the appliances we needed. Our delivery driver was also very helpful with the fridge and washer/dryer we had to return due to not fitting in the closet. Fridge unfortunately had a dent on the top but they took it back with no issues and customer service assisted us in setting up a new delivery date. Very helpful crew all around!

Arnaldo was extremely helpful. Cannot thank him enough!!
