The Badcock in Fort Meade, FL is amazing. The owner, I believe his name is Clayton, is absolutely amazing. He helped make my purchase of a new refrigerator so easy. Very informative and even helped me load and strap it down in my truck. Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time.

When I was young and growing up in Mulberry, my father once took me with him to the Badcock store in Mulberry where he purchased a washing machine. We were a phosphate family and my father sometimes bought furniture and appliances on the “dollar down dollar a week” plan. Those were hard times. The man who sold the washing machine to us was Mr. Badcock Sr. My father always spoke highly of him. When I visit the Badcock store in Ft Meade I experience the same courtesy and honesty that my father always received years ago. Their word is their bond and they (Clayton and his staff) always treat me with the same old fashioned courtesy and honesty that my father received. It is refreshing in this modern and fast paced world today to do business with people who still do things the way this family business began. So thank you to Clayton and his staff for caring and treating me and my family so well. I often recommend them to friends. And always will.

I want to personally thank the owner Clayton Frazier and his staff for awesome customer service and wonderful support of our local youth programs. He volunteered to donate a TV to our local baseball league for a raffle to raise money as a fundraiser. This is the most recent help he and Badcock and More have helped these kids in need. Every year our local Fort Meade Badcock has gone out of there way to help us. Fort Meade Badcock and More has been a huge asset to us and I have personally witnessed there great customer service and awesome love for there customers. If you are in the need of anything for your home go see them. They work with you on a personal level you won’t find anywhere else!
