Thir pharmacy is so great! I've never had an issue with them! The meats taste very good. The butcher really knows HOW to butcher the different meats. It makes a difference!!!

I was in line behind an older lady I say lady but she did not act like a lady at all I will elaborate The older rude person in line was told that her medication was not ready but it was being filled at that time so she moved over in the window instead of being seated or going to the back of the line the tech then called me up to the window I looked at this other customer like are you seriously going to stand in the window to while I move up to privately get my mother’s medication I am giving the information like private information about birthdates and insurance while this other customer stands not even a pinky distance away The tech never ask her to sit or move out of the window as she hands me only one of the three medications for my elderly mother with pneumonia I ask where are the other medications? The tech looked at me and ask in bewilderment oh she has more than one? As she goes back to get the other bags of medication I ask when she returned Is there a reason why you did not know she had three medications? She looks at me and says we all make mistakes nobody is perfect Well not in the pharmacy! One mistake can kill someone or leave them at home sick without all the medication they are prescribed! I see her roll her eyes at me and I said what about an I am sorry and ask for the manager She hands me the medication and then says oh by the way on the one medication there is only half the medication You need to come back tomorrow after 2 pm to get it filled!!!! I was like and why is that they said the pharmacy only had that amount! This is the 4 time they did not have the medication on hand to even give the medication out! No excuse. I explained that this was not acceptable I needed the mgr I see the pharmacist named Beverly walk over with about 5 bags of medication reach over me hand the other older lady her medications while I am still standing in the window!!! Then this other customer turns around and yells in my ear your are the problem not them for not having the medication and you are holding up the line!!! I said what is this your business I am still waiting to sign the pad and speak to the pharmacist She continues to yell at me and even elbow me I then turned to the pharmacist told her how upsetting this is and how wrong it was to have someone else in my personal space at the window having her reach over my head to just go to another customer when I had questions about medication and my personal info was being shared with a complete stranger just all of this was unbelievable I think I was treated differently to because I am only 4 ft 10 and tiny look younger even though I am almost 40 I was treated so poorly Unacceptable Looking to change my mom and I to q different pharmacy

Very disappointed in the judgemental disrespect I have now received from the middle age blonde woman who works on Sundays at this pharmacy.
Short version, I changed pharmacies about 6 months ago to Express Med due to this woman's attitude and behavior toward me, only after reviewing my prescribed medications. I have been using Ingles for many years and never been treated rudely by Tracy or any other employee, until this woman. After a few months, and speaking with my doctor, he recommended going back to Ingles, due to some abnormal side effects that these two medications have not caused until recently. I hesitated due to this woman's attitude. In October, I had NO option but to use Ingles because I had to return to Southwest Florida by Tuesday morning, it's an eleven hour drive. Express Med was closed. Luckily, Tracy was working, I had meds filled and went about my rushed errands. November 16th I returned to GA briefly, went back to Express Med after seeing that the woman had been so hateful was working at Ingles. Again, the unwanted side effects from the difference in generic brands. One causing extreme shortness of breath. Today, I came in Ingles after church to pick up items to make dinner for GMTD sisters and our meeting tomorrow night. I seen She was the one working but decided the Holy Spirit would help me treat her kindly. I smiled When I approached counter, she actually came over half smiling. I handed her my prescriptions, and AGAIN after reviewing, her whole demeanor changed. She rudely said it would take 20 minutes and walked off. I completed my shopping and went to sit patiently on the bench beside the pharmacy. Next thing I know, she comes storming out of the side door, yells my name right before shoving the written prescriptions into my chest, and states," I am NOT the one to be played, you need to take these back, you had filled on 23rd at another pharmacy. You should know We have a registry Where We can catch yall drug seekers". I responded with as much kindness as I humanly could and asked her to slow down, stop judging me due to the medications I already hate taking, and listen. She refused and told me thats Why I told her I didn't have insurance cause I was hiding dates. 1. I got divorced in July and he was supposed to cancel. I had no clue he had not. 2. No need to hide, I offered to show her the bottle from Express Med where meds were filled November 16th, not 23rd. She refused. 3. I am a registered and licensed pharmacy Technician and know they can look up everything, again, no need to hide anything. 4. I have been being treated for my medical condition now for 10 yrs, trust me, I hate the meds I am on as well. I am aware of the national issue with both meds. I struggle with depression every day due to being judged by my medication list. Never one time, since being treated, has my doctor or any Pharmacy had issues with me. I don't call doctor to try to fill early, I am very careful and speak to my doctor before switching pharmacies due to all the national abuse issues. I am a market manager over 12 stores, 35 sales professionals and would be very disappointed for my employees to treat anyone the way this woman has now treated me not once but twice. I held my tongue the first time because I try to please God in all that I do. To this very rude, judgmental and disrespectful woman that is employed as a pharmacist at Ingles... I am disappointed that you would judge someone thats never even so much as had a speeding ticket... someone that hates the meds as much as you do... someone that has no reason to lie or cheat the system when I am highly aware of how it works... for you to treat me the way you did. Its ok, your opinion of me is dust, I don't aim to please you, I aim to please God. You broke several privacy laws today with your obnoxious bad attitude.. you made a scene in a well respected business in this county. Your behavior shows your heart issue, not mine.
2-28 Beverly was unprofessional and refused to assist me at counter, a tech off the clock called the other tech over to help.
