It just feels right to deal with a no-pressure salesman. Joel Velasquez was, in my opinion, the perfect salesman. He was extremely kind and helpful, and really had a lot of patience with me as I tried to decide on whether to buy a Dodge Charger or not. I went back and forth several times with trying to make a decision and had to contact Joel during the evening at one point to ask him a question. It was not a problem with him, no matter what time I contacted him. The answer from Joel was always, “I’m here whenever you need me”. And I did end up purchasing a vehicle from Joel, thanks to his professionalism and his commitment to making things comfortable for the buyer. And even after the sale, Joel has texted ME telling me that he would always be available if I needed him. Now that’s a perfect salesman!!

They admitted there was listing error on their website and the online discount. That being said I pretty much knew it was and it was corrected the next day. Mistakes happen… I had traveled from their other location to Baldwin store . Have them one attempt at selling the truck was interested in and they basically sold it their cost ! Dealership discounted about 6,000 and the cash back from manufacture was 9,800. So got a super deal and Joel and the sales manager were straight forward and want my business! Great experience for what I hope is the last Truck I buy!

The diesel mechanic was very thorough, detailed and very professional and made sure the mechanic work was done correctly and professionally.

I had updates done to my Uconnect system. We hen completed Shane and Kevin took the time to repair my phone and make sure everything was working correctly. During my wait they updated me 2 times on the progress of the downloads. This was the best customer service you could ask for.

Recently, I had lots of service performed to my vehicle, and all was perfect, except, one thing...of which, once they were made aware of it they went above and beyond to make it right. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get my car serviced the same day. Very courteous service, I was very pleased.

My wife has a very low mileage 2009 challenger SRT8. Recently she wanted to start driving it....little did I realize what a pain in the neck that was going to be. Cars don't like to sit, especially for years. I cleaned put the old fuel but didn't realize as many electronics would fail due to not being used. Seems water condenses inside the modules and when you drive a car, it heats up the modules and dries everything out but a sitting car is different (even garage kept).
The guys at Hayes have seen us a few times this year and have been great to work with. As much as I hate taking that car into the shop, I'll take it to them before anywhere else.
