Excellent service by Mr. Victor at the Upper Marlboro location!! He was extremely helpful and diligent with assisting me with making front and back color copies of my Women Bible Study booklets. He was extremely patient even when the machine stopped working, he continued to make the copies I needed at the service desk. Thank you so much. I’m sure my Bible study lessons will be amazing just because of people like you!!

I was at staples today for the first time to make some photocopies and I found the self-serve copy kiosk.This is absolutely cool and user friendly. Asides the copy and printing services they have stationaries, school supplies and phone repair services.

I visited Staples in Largo, Maryland to do a “Amazon Return”. WOW! It was easy! The staff was pleasant, quick and informative! I returned two printer cartridges by Fossett that were wrong.

Quality Customer Service are 3 words that aren't often said these days, but, after my encounter with Erica yesterday they are perfect for describing how she attended to me.

A process adjustment was needed, her Manager approved the gesture. He offered to help her. I declined his help. I declined his help because I knew if given the opportunity this young woman would rise to the occasion. With patience & some encouraging words she focused and achieved her task. The excitement she expressed was encouraging to me. She expressed her appreciation. And I watched how attentively she served to the next customer! Erica has great potential for making Staples even better than it has been!

I went into this location for my first my name is Billy Robin, there was a nice work about the name of Mr Darius,he made my experience one of the up most Best.Im so glad to have met him.I will definitely be going back to this location,for any office supplies,home equipment, or cleaning supplies etc.. Excellent service! I stopped in this morning for some last minute copies and the staff worked with me right away ☺ Thank you! Shantae’ was great she really cared about my project and even walked with me through the store to help me find an item. She didn’t have to take the time to do that but she did and that type of customer service goes a lonnnnnggg way! I appreciated that.

I had not shopped at Staples in Kettering-Largo for a while because of the experience that I had the last few times I was there. At the last time, which was more than a year ago, the employees were discourteous and unprofessional. Today I was totally surprised. Everything was just great. Everyone was very nice and professional. I got what I needed and I was totally satisfied. I feel like I owe it to the store and the staff to post this new review.

Placed my online order for two items which would be delivered at different times -- no problem there since I live nearby. Was notified of 1st arrival within week and picked it up. Received no notification about the last item by end of the second week so went to the store, Showed a staff person my ID, described what I was looking for and explained I had not received a notification email. She quickly retrieved my package from storage and I was out of the store in under 20-25 minutes.

I went to the staples on campus way south in largo to get some help with new electronics. I was looking for a way to stay mobile and connected because I am now retired and trying to go back to school for my doctorate degree. I was helped by a very knowledgeable young man. Steven C. Johnson II. He was the mobile sales consultant and he went out of his way to make sure I have a great experience. He Not only helped me during the sale but through it and after. Now even weeks after I met with him I still come back with questions about my new phone and he, always helps me. He is the main reason I come to this store and staples is very very lucky to have him!

Came to Staples to send a UPS and ended up getting a new phone. Why? Because the Mobile Consultant, Steven Johnson, is friggin' awesome! Seriously, he has set the bar high for customer service. He not only explained the process, he also helped this not so tech savvy woman, get everything she needed to get her phone up and running. He is personable, friendly and willing to answer even the simplest question with a smile. He's a keeper. :)
In fact, everyone I encountered at the store gave exemplary service. From the cashier to Frank to Cameron was helpful and pleasant and a joy! Will be back, for sure.

I lost my receipt. I was able to return a few items that I purchased without my receipt. I was okay with the store credit issued. Thank you store manager!

I found that Steven is easy to work with and patient. I was not fond of the upgraded phone (SmartPhone) because it did not seem to work as well as my old "flip phone". Although I still subscribe to that belief, Steven helped me on several occasions to become familiar with the "quirks" of the new phone. He is a great person to work with and is very knowledgeable about the various phones.

I went to staples a little while ago to buy a new kendle. I was interested in a hotspot however It was the mobile persons day off. The manager of the store "phill" informed me that the mobile consultant was on his way in to assist me. after about 10 mins I was greeted by steven johnson. He was so sweet. Now I am not the most tech savvy person in the world so I had a lot of questions, but steven took his time with me and answered ever question I had, and set me up with a verizon hotspot. although they did not have the tablet that I wanted I stock they were able to order it and have it shipped to the store. Steven was even willing to come in the next day on his day off to assist with setting it up on my hotspot and going over some of its features with me. but i decided to just come in on a day he was working. So two days later I came in and he was just as helpful as before. It seems like he genuinely like his job and like helping people. Most sales people will be nice to you before the sale but once you buy what ever it is that you where their to by they try to rush you out. But he gave me his information and insisted that if I have any question, not to hesitate to call him. and I've keep him to his word!
