Friendly staff and a decent size selection for the environment. Most of the negative reviews on here are referencing faulty game software or functionality, this is an issue with the developer or publisher, not with gamestop. Be responsible, save your receipts (there are apps that you can take pictures of them so you don't have to keep the paper options). I have never had an issue here when I presented a receipt. They even let me return a used game after I bought it and played it for almost a week!

The female worker was friendly and helpful. She helped me locate a game that I have been searching for. She even helped me get it delivered to the store since I am unable to leave.
