My hearing aid are a great improvement over the ones I had from a previous provider.

I met with Mr. J. Millen at the appointed hour. He was very professional and pleasant and very knowledgeable in his position. After a very good audologic history, he did an otoscopic examination of the external auditory canals and tympanic membranes. This was followed by audiometric examinations with air and bone conduction studies including spoken word and sentence identification in a background of noise with emphasis on multiple background conversations. As I told him and since I have had several audiometric examinations, this is the most thorough and best examination that I have ever had. Following these examinations we discussed the findings and discussed potential hearing aids. In summary, this is 5 star service at its best.
