Decor for every season, ribbons (mesh in all sizes and colors) wired, seasonal, etc. Trinkets, floral, games, toys, indoor/outdoor rugs, a forest of Xmas trees. Incredibly unique, organized and endless!!! Prices are so reasonable. Go and just browse, you won't be dissapointed!

I purchased Lil Woodzeez Chipmunk family for my daughter. However, I received the Squirrel family. Upon informing TMI Gifts of the incorrect item received, they immediately responded and told me to keep the incorrect item and they would send the correct item right away. I received the correct item a few days later. They provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store.

My experience with TMI gifts was fantastic! Honestly, with the mixed reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. My item came very quickly, was exactly as pictured and described, and was very affordable compared to similar products. I usually hesitate to order from websites I've never heard of, but so glad I took the gamble and will order again!!

I am absolutely amazed by this company. I needed an auburn gift so I just googled it and TMI Gifts came up. The pricing was amazing, the customer service is out of this world and the product selection is incredible. I ended up placing three orders within two days with them. Everything was shipped perfectly and wrapped so nothing would break. I even got a personal call from them updating me on my order. This is now my go-to gift giving store.

The Waving Christmas Bear I bought from TMIGifts was being sold at Home Depot for $29.98 last Dec 26th of last year and a friend bought one for $15 a few days after. So when I saw it at TMIGifts for $45 this Dec, I thought it was good. However, what TMIGifts sent looked as if it had already been used and damaged. The item did not come in original packaging but was placed in a TMIGifts box, parts were loose inside the box, face and leg have runs on fabric, and has rust on the metal loop where you put ties to connect the body. TMIGifts should have revealed the item’s condition in its posting ☹. Fast shipping though.

I spent $250 on an open box prelit Christmas tree and specifically asked if everything worked and was included before I ordered it. It was a gift for my mother who wanted this specific tree that was sold out everywhere. I bought it in the summer, and unfortunately she didn't pull it out and test it when it arrived. We pulled out the box this month and saw this note taped to the bottom. The tree was a dud. Luckily my boyfriend figured out how to rewire it, so it wasn't a total loss (but hours of work and frustration). I wouldn't trust this store for large purchases or online orders.

I went to purchase a Christmas Tree and it came back as my items cannot be shipped to Georgia. We are not talking about the country of Georgia in Europe but the state. I do not know of any other company that does not have shipping within the United States. So, if you reside in Georgia do not waste your time with this company that is based in Golden MS (two states over).

I placed my first order and the tracking shows FEDEX delivered it, but it wasn't to my house. TMI wouldn't do anything about it. Why should they because it's FEDEX's fault. Even still, this seller could file a claim on their FEDEX account and get money to reimburse me. So far no response or offer to do anything, which is totally wrong on their part if they were a respectable business!!!! BEWARE! Don't expect any help from them, if you have a similar problem. Now I can only hope FEDEX can find the package. They said it was a new driver. Fingers crossed.

I ordered over $50 worth of ribbon. The shipping went from TN to S.C. and back to TN where it hasn’t moved. When it was in S.C. it was literally 20 minutes from my house before it was sent back to TN. Zero explanation. Contacted company multiple times with zero help. Very disappointed in this company and lack of response and customer service. Do not recommend.
