Took the Tiffin factory tour today. It was excellent and well worth the time. We got to meet Bob Tiffin and have our picture taken with him. The tour guides were very good to point out the process of building a motorhome. I would highly recommend it.

As an RV outfitter I usually only see these RVs fully assembled and ready to be sold. Although Tiffins were the highest quality and you can tell just standing inside one; I had no idea what it really took to make one. Bob, Van and Leigh Tiffin welcomed us to their factory in Red Bay, Alabama personally. We toured every step of the process; from the bare chassis to the finished product. Each employee was happy to stop and discuss what their job was and how it all got put together. 95% of each Tiffin motorhome is made from parts created right IN the Tiffin factory. Van inspects each Phaeton, Allegro Bus and Zephyr himself with his team for about 6 hours! If you have considered buying a Tiffin and are on the fence.... Go tldp a factory tour! I bet you won't be on the fence anymore and will never buy another brand if you do!!!!

I have owned our Tiffin Allegrobus 45 OPP for 3 and a half years. We have put on 48k miles traveling this great country of ours. We spend 4 to 6 months out of the year in our bus with three dogs. I want to say that we are extremely happy customers and that Tiffin really stands behind its product and truly understands their customers and go out of there way to take care of us. The employees at Tiffin treat us like family and take care of things fast and easy. I will be buying a New Tiffin next year but I already miss mine.

I highly recommend Tiffin and all the good folks of Red Bay Alabama!

I have an unusual perspective regarding Tiffin Motorhomes. I work for one of their dealers, and have personally sold quite a few to various clients and friends. I’ve also had the privilege of touring the plant and meeting much of the management and ownership team. I can say, without reservation, these folks are second to none. Bob and Tim Tiffin will go out of their way to make sure their customers (and mine) are satisfied.

While I don’t own a Tiffin product, I have a good deal of experience selling them, as well as assisting my clients with post-sales support. Honesty is very important to the family owned dealership where I work, and it is also very important to me. It means a LOT to know I can sell a company’s product, and rest easy knowing they’ll stand behind it.

I never tire of hearing the personal examples of how the Tiffin family has looked after my customers in their travels. This is a personal win for me and I’m immensely grateful to know my customers are being properly cared for long after they’ve bought from me.

In closing, buy a Tiffin Motorhome. You will not be disappointed!

Went to Red Bay , Alabama the home of Tiffin Motorhomes for a tour of the assembly plant . I had to see where they made this magnificent machine that I am a proud owner of . This is a class operation from top to bottom. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Owner Mr. Bob Tiffin . He was such a nice gentleman and very personal . What a amazing experience . Craftsmanship in it's highest form .

This was our first time to the Tiffin service center for warranty work. We were very impressed by the work Tiffin did and their willingness to address any issues we brought up to them. They sell nice motorhomes and just as importantly they back their product with quality warranty work. Just understand the process before you go. Every Tiffin employee we spoke to was very kind and helpful. Meeting other Tiffin owners while there was a lot of fun. The customer lounge is very nice and a great place to hang out and wait, or work online if needed. Can’t say enough good things after our recent experience.

Can't say enough about this fantastic company. This company is the real deal. Way above and beyond anything I have ever seen as far as customer service, hard working crew and that starts at the top with Mr. Bob Tiffin. A truly collected effort to make a finely detailed RV. Got the priviledge to see them peel the layers back to see how they make their legendary Tiffin RV from the ground up and I'll say this, seen all the other manufacturers out there NOBODY even comes close! No RV is perfect it will break but if you buy from this family owned company since 1972 you will feel like your buying from your family member because they truly do the right thing and I think you can agree that is hard to come by these days.

The factory tour is amazing. As a visitor, you are not necessarily held at a distance. Indeed you get so close that you can touch parts as they are being built. People are very friendly. As an Allegro owner, I am mostly pleased with the coach I have. They are a bit pricey--especially new--but I am satisfied.

Tiffin has taken great care of our coach, and us, during our 3 week stay here. The staff in each and every department, and the folks in Red Bay and the surrounding areas, have been great! It has been a wonderful experience interacting with everyone here. (We were told by other people who previously had been to Red Bay and said “There’s nothing to do in Red Bay” obviously were “high maintenance”: we never had a dull or boring day.)
It is, however, unfortunate, that RV dealerships take advantage of the good folks here at Tiffin. They drag their heels at fixing even the smallest flaws and say that items have been ordered only to learn that those items were never ordered. Or, they do stupid things like put 6 gallons more of engine oil in the crankcase and say the RV was delivered that way. ( Can anyone say “limp mode”? There’s no way the RV could have been driven from Red Bay to the dealership with 6 gallons more engine oil in the crankcase!) Or, we found a lens cover that was missing, had red tape on it, but had to pay $3 for a new cover and they tried to charge us $16 to ship it 20 miles away when still under warranty! And the lens cover was the WRONG size to boot!
The folks here at Tiffin are extremely pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and more than happy to explain “things” that you don’t quite understand.
We came south this season to trade in our RV for a newer rig; going to various shows to see what was out there. When I asked the other half “What about looking at a Tiffin?”, he hemmed and hawed. We fell in love with the first Tiffin we walked into. And that was only 2 weeks being down here in the South. I’m glad we found our Tiffin, but disappointed with the dishonest dealership.

We had a Def issue on the road and also a leak under our coach. Having confidence that the Tiffin Team could solve the problem, we paused our trip to Glacier National Park and drove 1400 miles back to Red Bay Alabama. We were in and out in 4 days! All issues were addressed and we can confidently continue our trip to Glacier. Huge Thank Yous to Matthew Irwin in the Chassis Shop, Penny in scheduling, Brian Williamson in Bay #9 and Karen Timber in the Warranty Department. You all are amazing!

Tiffin lives up to its reputation of putting the customer first. We recently took our Phaeton to Red Bay for repair. The staff was friendly, personable and very attentive to the issues we were having. They went above and beyond in providing service. While Tiffin is a very high quality coach I could recommend them based on service alone.

Outstanding service. Ricky Scott and his staff are true professionals. Wayne Johnson fixed my rear sag issue and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the Tiffin Service Center and staff in Red Bay. Thanks again for your outstanding service.

Motorhome repairs always require patience, but the people at Tiffin Motorhomes were great to work with and very accommodating. We loved the factory tour and felt great knowing we had our Tiffin serviced by the guys who built it.

Excellent people work there. Have been motorhome owner for 20 years and this my first Tiffin. Tried once about seven years ago to get one but the dealer wouldn’t trade. Very much regret that I didn’t make that deal happen. When I arrived on Tuesday morning, they greeted me like I was long lost friend. Very helpful, since I only had one item they put me in Express and asked if I wanted to say but had to return to Ga. (Approx 320 miles) my grandson had an awards ceremony I wanted to attend the following day. I was shocked to get a on Wednesday saying it was in a bay and telling me what they needed to do and I said go forward. The next day Thursday they called and said my slide out had been repaired with two new motors. RV repair facilities near my home had told me they couldn’t get to me until late summer one said September. I am leaving on a summer trip on June 1 and needed that slide to work during the summer trip. The technician, entry staff Teresa,, security at accesses to repair area, Tina and Heather all did a wonderful job. I was able to get my Coach back Friday around 8 AM if I could have stayed could have had it Thursday afternoon. Amazing.
The only down side was they won’t talk to extended warrantry insurance and the bill was out of my pocket but my coach is ready to,roll.
BUY TIFFIN!!

We purchased a Tiffin because of their outstanding reputation for customer service. We we're understandably upset with the issues of our new coach. Thank you Amber, for reaching out, showing empathy to our situation and connecting us with Mr. Leigh Tiffin. Mr. Tiffin listened to our concerns, spoke about Tiffin's commitment to the customer experience and his commitment to solving our issues. In my opinion, it's rare for the president of an organization to personally reach out and insure that our issues will be addressed.

All we wanted was to feel like someone cared. Mr. Leigh and Ms. Amber did just that. Also found out this afternoon Mr. Leigh is personally sending one of his technicians with the rest of our parts to Iowa from Alabama on Monday to ensure our coach is repaired to Tiffin's standards. Thank you Amber, Leigh and Tiffin for going above and beyond for us. I'm truly proud to own a Tiffin.

Leigh- At some point we're coming to red bay to get those signatures!
