Pilot Travel Center

Stopped by this PILOT TRAVEL CENTER because of the great deal on gas, but on entering the store, my
Senses came To life as I caught sight of the Cinnabon station. Pure joy filled
My Heart! Normally
I would not be so quick to purchase a cinnamon roll, but
Vacation-time is a great time
To splurge a little. Looking around, there was an array of yummy Food choices. Another great positive was the clean bathroom, which is appreciated by this female! This is not your typical gas station…. Great place to stop and “fuel” up.

Food was surprisingly fresh at taco bell.. they fixed my order despite the fact they missed a few items. Cinnabon gave the kids free samples. We love the clean restrooms and will always choose pilot over other steps during road trips. .. this one did not disappoint.

Nice new pilot, a lot of easy parking. Plenty of fuel islands in good working shape. The store inside is plenty big with a Taco Bell inside. They have a lot of washer machines, and many showers. What more could you ask for? It seems really nice and new. The only thing, is some of the concrete driveway seems to have cracked in a bad way, so be careful coming in here.

Took a shower yesterday afternoon March 22nd 2024 they were very well maintained great water pressure and very spacious thank you guys God bless you

As a driver this place was nice to stop. Showers were fast and clean .. whole store was clean and nice.

When you arrive at a clean place like this you don’t want to go out. People who work here are excellent. More than 5/5 on everything

I almost never leave a 5 star review however this store is doing it all right. The night manager Sheryl does as amazing job. I am very picky when it comes to customer service. I expect it to be lime it was 20 years ago and this store just does it right. GOOD JOB

Lightning fast prepping of the delicious snack and the staff especially Megan who topped my cinnamon creation with extra caramel!

Excellent Service
We stop here frequently to fuel. The staff here are exceptional. Today Kevin served us, he is hilarious and helpful. He always seems to be in a great mood. Even though he sees hundreds of people in a shift he still manages to make you feel like a special customer. I appreciate that. Sometimes truck stops forget that truckers are customers worthy of a smile, hello, and great service! We've stopped here 3 times in as many weeks and we'll be back again!

Friendliest staff ever! I liked their little burritos. They were fresh, eggs were great, burritos are a little like crepes instead of tortillas, but I'm a big fan, coulda ate 5 more! Bathrooms are nice. Great selection of drinks

Clean showers, nicely maintained facility and a delicious in store deli dishing out hot meals.

To all my fellow trucker's, I'm not going to waste your time with rambling but I'd recommend stopping here just for the deli. Meatloaf, fish, chicken & other homestyle fixings to help break up the monotony of subway and taco bell. Get in and give it a try because it's going to surprise you!

Love this location as it has a Taco bell and you can use your reward points. You have all your cases covered here from parking,fuel, food, fairly clean bathrooms and decent showers.

Staff is great and friendly and they have all the little extras covered like fresh fruit, electronics etc..

It has always been a good experience here.

Great service. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff. Everything looked wonderful in this location compared to the last time we were here.

Although the Taco Bell inside this location is the worst ever. Definitely steer clear. We encountered a major circus and still didn't get our food. Can't imagine this is asset to the #PilotFlyingJTTravelCenter

My family and I stopped here while traveling through the area. The restrooms were clean and this was the first travel center that had self-check out lanes. Very convenient. Great place to stop and take a break if you need to stretch your legs.

Friendly staff, cooked more fish after 8pm which is usually not possible. Thank you much. Very clean store.
