Remarkable experience provided by Randi, Robert, and James. They even recognize me when I come through the door! This store has definitely earned my business.
I had my commercial account with O'Reilly for two years. I had a bad experience at their local store, so I decided to give AutoZone a try. It's not a huge account (less than $10k/yr), but they still make me feel important.

Allen k fixed my back right rear light when I say he is the most professional hard working man omg I had the best experience with him he fixed my light and even having to go in and get different pieces and things ,with no complaint nice kept reassuring me he was going to take care of it by any means . Loved how helpful they can be and walked me through what I needed. I had to bring back my front breaches for my truck and get the warranty refund to b switch it out to get my back breaks. I was in and out within a matter of minutes while they still assisted other customers too.

Such a great staff!! Promptly asked me if I needed help finding anything the moment I walked in the door. Hooked my car for testing then offered to test the battery and gave advice/suggestions for local car mechanics that would work good with my vehicle being that I'm new to the area.

They were very helpful and sharing all the information and making sure I had everything that I needed

I really like autozone they treat me very well may let me tell them what I think is wrong in what I think might be the cure when they never just step all over me and tell me that I may not be right but sometimes if I am wrong and they have a better idea then we do whatever we gotta do to fix the problem in doing with autozone for 25 years I've been doing with them for 5 years Herron Oklahoma they're a great bunch of people will always

This Auto Zone, in particular, has been fantastic. They have had everything I needed, when I needed it.(Granted I drive a pretty basic GMC truck.) Auto Zone points, which I was initially skeptical about, paid for my last purchase entirely. Customer service, especially Chad, has been stellar. Great Job Choctaw Auto Zone!
