The new staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to kindly problem solve with you. They do a great job providing all the information needed to get you exactly what you need.

The store is also consistently clean and neat.

Went to AT&T and they help me with so much. They are amazing phenomenal service and will recommend this company to everyone if anybody needs a great phone and a great deal it is this store. Lexi has helped me multiple time. She beings superior customer service and works to the best of her ability to serve my needs. She clearly cares a lot about her job by taking the time to educate me on products & what would best fit. I referred family members her way & she was able to provide more than Sprint was able to offer. If I could give a 10 star I would. She went beyond a normal interaction and made me feel heard, appreciated, understood and valued about concerns I'v had in the past. Great job!

Tanner greeted me when I came in listened to my concerns helped with my issue solved the problem in a matter of minutes and I was on my way as a happy customer!

The AT & T ppl were very helpful in trouble shooting my phone. I was looking for another upgrade and I waa able to afford what I could for my new phone. I got others stuff for my phone and it was a pleasure to be there. The atmosphere was great the workers were absolutely great! Lexi was the lady who helped me when I went in. She had just gotten back from lunch and jumped right in to help her customers. She knocked the line out quick and did it with the kindest attitude and smile. She's a sweet heart, very professional, and amazing at her job!

We went yesterday to the local ATT store in Altus OK to check on phones. We were greeted at the Door by a staff member. She then took the time to talk us through everything. It was wonderful, I have had phones my whole life and never have We ever had this great a experience at a local store. They have our business now!
