Where to begin! The owner of the shop, Joe, is fantastic! He's very knowledgeable about the products he has, and is very personable! He is very willing to answer any questions you have, and if he doesn't know it, he will find it! He even has a local knife maker that he works with! My significant other is having a custom sheath made by the local knife maker, and they are very thorough in making sure all specifications are met. Joe will go over all of your options that are possible for whatever you are wanting. Honestly, great customer service! The store is a must visit for outside enthusiasts looking for great quality supplies! Hours are limited, and it is worth making a special trip for!

Ive seen many outfitting shops however, More to life outfitters carries gear which is reliable and he uses. Joe Kobli, is an outdoors adventurist, he even has live demonstrations of living comfortably in the outdoors. I visited his shop on a trip to Kansas, and was totally impressed, He had one of his demonstrations a few miles from the shop. Starting fires, how to prepare a camp for safety and comfort. This shop is a must see and experience.

It is a GREAT place to get anything that you might need for bush crafting, bug out bags camping, hiking and climbing. Also a great place to visit, learn make a new friend and leave with a smile. I LOVE the place. And Joe and Lisa are great people.

This is by far the best bushcraft/outdoor store I have ever been to. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and will help you find what you’re looking for. Not to mention all the amazing extra things he does for his customers. I’m definitely a permanent customer.

Great local place to stop at before heading out to the trails. Found a perfect Molle pouch for my 32oz water bottle and found some fun stuff for my son also.

Owner is super friendly, and will show you and talk about anything in stock. If you're looking for anything from a nice carry knife, camping supplies, or a trail blazing machete you can likely find it here.

I waited way to long to visit this fellow and his store. Super genuine guy full of knowledge and wisdom, I’m gonna pop in just for the friendly uplifting conversations... OH and he has the coolest products, I visited him twice last week in search for a hammock and or air mattress. He is super knowledgeable about all his products and will take the time to demo and teach you the set up! Thanks Joe!

Great selection of knives and camping gear. The owner was super helpful and went above and beyond. When we asked where we could buy charcoal in town he gave us a bag of his own and even threw in some lighter fluid. Our only regret was that we didn't have time to throw a knife before we left. Great store worth the stop!

Fun place to get lost in all the neat camping and survival gadgets. Very helpful service willing to go above and beyond to demonstrate. Owner is friendly knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does and it shows when he talks about the different types of things he orders to stock his shelves and why he carefully chooses those particular items.

Joe is what a business owner should be: Knowledgeable about his products and hard working to get a satisfied customer. The products he stocks are time-tested and proven to be some of the best in the field. His advice in the outdoors is also spot on. I am glad to have found his store and will continue to buy from and promote his store.

My kids have been here with their grandparents on multiple occasions, and they have absolutely loved it! I’ve heard about their experience there multiple times a week for months on end! They were highly impressed with the owner! They beg to go back, and we can’t wait to take them back in for a visit! More than good customer service, this place goes above and beyond for customers, even of the younger demographic! Highly recommend!

You can't get better service anywhere. Joe knows his stuff and will never sell you something you don't need. There's something to be said about buying your gear from someone that knows how to use it and believes in it. Buy local!

I didn't buy anything but I had a couple of hours of really great conversation with Joe. If you want a knife in particular Joe is your man especially if you like Morakniv. Joe is somebody I could really become friends with if I lived a little less than the 4500 miles away. He is also really great at fire lighting.

This business will not bully you or push you in any direction
as well they will make sure you know about what your buying they care in the best way. Can't recommend this shop more.

I have watched many of the proprietor’s live videos and have seen his skills with his products. I was not expecting him to be even better in person! He talked to us about his knife selection and where we were going in the park. Then we found out that he and our group have a lot more in common than what we thought. So cool! I am a little sad that his new location is not as close to the park.

Best place in the world to get gear and expert advice. Joe provides customer service that is above and beyond. He always is ready to demonstrate products and teach a new skill. MTLO is a must visit establishment!

Stoped in for a quick look last sunday and spent an hour there, mostly talking about different products. The owner Joe is super friendly and gave us 2 short demonstrations on the spot. I like this place so much I went back today to purchase Joe's own designed fire kit. Then I got an on the spot demonstration on using flint (Chert) and steel to catch an ember in a small piece of char cloth. Joe makes primatuve skills come alive. I say this is a must stop in location for any outdoors enthusiasts, Scouting group, or those really interested in bushcraft/woodcraft.

We visited More to Life Outfitters on our trip to Gatlinburg. More to Life Outfitters is a shop with NO junk; it is all quality products. Joe and his wife are very knowledgeable in the use of the products they sell because they go out and use them.
Me and my wife met Joe and his wife Lisa and that was like meeting frinds we didn't know we had.

Very welcoming and knowledgeable store owner. Store itself is very nice and laid out nicely. Every item is top notch professional outdoorsmen bushcraft survival essentials. Love it!!!
