Friendly employees & cashiers are available. Too bad it's not the same at Frisco Store behind Burger King. That's why I only do pick up groceries because they only have Scan & Go & no cashiers. Groceries are expensive enough & I don't get paid to scan & bag my groceries.

I went to Walmart in Jacksonville today and I was having a very hellish day. I switch my phone to a supposed to be a free iphone. But come to find out it's only free after you have it for a couple of months.and I haven't had a phone for almost 3 months . I have been having some m major health issues and I haven't been able to get ahold of my doctor because I don't have no phone I'm supposed to undergo a couple surgeries hopefully it'll make things better but there was as kind of man they are in today and he helps me and I could tell he was such a great wonderful Guy in the cell phone part of Walmart an I could tell he could really tell that I was really in need of a phone so I could get in touch of my doctors. I am not sure what your name is but if you see this I would like to let you know that you're trying it showed me that there are so really fun people out there and I and I will make sure to pass that kindness long I gave you a hug after it was all said and done with I hope you will see this message God bless my friend

Checking out is slow but. Wal-Mart hires people with disabilities . people quit complaining .They are doing a good thing.

This smaller-scale Walmart impresses with its efficiency and neat organization. Despite its compact size, the store houses a wide range of essential products. The store layout is intuitive, allowing for a quick, hassle-free shopping experience. Product quality remains consistent with larger outlets, and pricing is competitive. Staff are approachable and knowledgeable, ready to assist in locating items. The check-out process is usually swift, with self-checkout options available. A commendable model of convenience and efficiency in a smaller package.

They were all pretty friendly, considering they were moving allllll the things getting ready for the madness that is Black Friday.

The bakery is the best, Tammy can decorate a cake like nothing I have ever seen. The store is clean and well organized

It is the weekend of their grand re-opening. The store was very busy and several sales going on. We picked up some chub hamburger that was on sale. We didn't realize it was on a time frame so the sale was over by the time we got checked put, but they over rode the regular price. Even tho the store was very very busy the atmosphere was good. The cashiers were handling the workload well. But it helped that the customers seemed ok with the lines at the checkout lanes.
The store looks very nice. This store has needed an update for some time, now the store looks nice and cheerful...not depressed!😳
There were several venders giving out samples which is always nice. It helps to know ahead of a purchase that you like the item. There was also a Keebler Elf in the store greeting everyone. Very cute!!

I'm not a walmart fan but this small east county town is awesome. The food is fresh and tastes better here. Crazy right? I think not. I'll pay the extra buck or 2. And the people are just so kind. Smiles and passing conversations people will actually engage in friendly conversation. Small town charm at its best.

It's a Walmart, be excited that people wear belts and flip flops when they're coming in naked. Not like those other super centers where they don't even have the common decency to church it up a bit.

This review is for Jacksonville Store Manager DeAngelo. We were sitting in Dr. Boone’s office this morning waiting to be seen and this gentleman came in politely greeted all staff,customers and was so positive and professional. I looked at his tag to see who he was due to his professionalism. These are the kind of people we need in upper management positions. I just had to share. His attitude was everything!

What can I say, it's Walmart. The employees went out of their way to help me find things, service at the pharmacy was fast, curbside delivery was excellent, prices were reasonable, selection was good. I am partly disabled and employees went out of their way to help me. Store and parking lot were clean. Thier website was easy to navigate. Plenty of checkout lines.

Tried bag scan and go. It saves so much time. You see the prices. No waiting in long lines. A great way to shop and save time.

I'm torn between walmart and Super One. But I do have to say that Walmart does a GREAT Job with keeping things stocked. The biggest thing I admire is how stocked on Salmon they are! Always available!! Great staff as well!

It was very busy and crowed. Hard to get around and find what you need. The pharmacy will send a txt when meds are ready.Then when you get there topick up they tell you sorry it's not ready. So make you wait another 45min to hour or more. Also tell you yes its ready but don't have full scrip. My daughter is Type 1 diabetic and her insulin is life saving medicine. They do this ever time. She has got to where she calls to confirm and ask them to check. They put her on hold for few min then say yes ma'am we have it ND it's ready for pick-up so she gets there and some times they don't have it at all. So frustrating 😫.

O went in to get glasses. They got right with me and showed me many different types of frames and explained all the options you could get on the glasses. Very nice people.

The best bang for your buck. Not a bad place to shop. I am a loyal customer.
