We can not say enough about the friendly folks that work here. And the food is delicious.

Highly recommend if you're in the area and it's worth driving to even if you're a fair distance away.

Went to Jacksonville Romas for work peeps Christmas party. Everyone's meal looked spectacular! I had the grilled Salmon, which was cooked perfectly. Calzone to the side of me was...dare I say beautiful?!..heard it was really good as well. Chicken Fettuccine in front of me got a definite thumbs up. Chicken was tender and good flavor. Our off ice had made a reservation so we were seated right away .(party of 8).
Service was impeccable as always!

Food was fresh and delicious, the ambience was very nice as well.
We ordered chicken picata, sooo good, the capers added a little tanginess! We also ordered shrimp Alfredo pasta, that was good too!

Perfect weekday lunch. My girlfriend and I met up with our husbands and children and had such a great time here in the middle of the week at lunch and it was great!

The service was attentive and friendly. We (the guests) were all taking our time, it was a very calm environment and we appreciate not feeling rushed.

Each of us ordered a giant pizza for our families which was more than enough to eat lots and take home leftovers. Get the giant, you won’t regret it.

Also the bread served was very tasty! Buttery, flakey, just the thing you need before pizza 😉

First time my family and I went. It was for my birthday and the atmosphere the service, everything was perfect! Our server Clay was more than amazing!!! He went above and beyond for us! We had the best time! Good food! Def will be back!!!! Ty Roma’s for serving Jacksonville!! If I could give our server a 20 star rating I would!

The atmosphere is cozy the service is phenomenal and personable. The food is terrific and portion size is ample. Will definitely return. You can’t miss! The cheese sticks, buffalo wings, manicotti, cheesecake and tiramisu all chefs kiss. The lasagna and veal piccata are also outstanding. 5 stars from my family!

2nd time we’ve been here and it was just as good as the first. The bruschetta appetizer was the best I ever had! The Tour of Italy was excellent, my wife had the lobster ravioli, which was good but she thought it was a bit light on the lobster filling. Great service, no wait, friendly bar staff, clean restroom’s. Top of the list for dining out in Jacksonville. We’ll be going back there, for sure. A bit loud inside but we could still have a normal conversation.

Really recommend food is affordable, portions were great especially for a lunch special. Chicken alfredo was great, chicken was dry and tough but overall delicious!! Best bread definitely recommend vodka sauce to dip bread yum!

Excellent food, the service was great. I have 0 complaints. I would recommend this place. We called for a reservation and got right in with our group. We were all stuffed when we left.

Enjoyed a couple of the lunch time specials during the week. The beef lasagna is a favorite choice. The 'Tour of Italy' choice is a great way to sample three items. Many wine choices also.

On every occasion that my wife and I have dined here, the service has been exceptional. The rolls are delicious, and everything we've tried on the menu has been mouthwatering! This establishment stands out as the premier Italian restaurant in the vicinity.

I went in thinking it wouldn't be much but was surprised when I walked in. The atmosphere was welcoming and very casual and not overbearing. We sat down and our waitress was awesome! She did an amazing job and took great care of us and I wish I could remember her name. The food was absolutely delicious, I would dare say it is significantly better than Olive Garden and I will die on that hill!

This is by far the best restaurant I’ve ate at , and I’ve ate at a lot of! The food is amazing and you can’t beat the portions and price. It’s got the perfect atmosphere and best service I’ve experienced. I can not say enough good things about this place , it’s now my family’s go to place for dinner

We went there today for a late lunch and autumn was a waiter and she did an amazing job. The food is cooked when you order. I got the chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken was really good and the sauce was spot on to me. Autumn checked on us to make sure the food is good and If we needed a refill of our drinks. I highly recommend people to go there an try it. We set at table 20 next to the bar. And the owner did come up to us an asked how the food and everything is going. You don't see that in many restaurants now days. I'm glad to see a Italian restaurant in jville

So happy to see an Italian restaurant and an option for real pizza doing well in Jacksonville.

We have kids, so every couple of weeks was always a pizza Friday and I never really cared for it because it was pizza hut or dominos...

If you want a real burger, you don't go to a fastfood place, you know?

They have real pizzas. The cheese and other ingredients are amazing.

Order your pizza with garlic on it! It's so fresh and works great with the mozzarella and pepperoni.

Ever since the first time I went there a few weeks ago I vowed not to give a penny to any other pizza places in Jville and that still holds true.

Roma's is a great all around restaurant, a great value for your money for a *real* pizza.

Edit: went in again today and had just a wonderful experience. This place continues to deliver quality food and a great atmosphere.

Our family just enjoyed an exceptional meal at Roma’s Italian Bistro. Both teenage boys described their meals as awesome and very tasty. We loved everything about the restaurant; however, our server, Honorio, was outstanding! Exceptional food and service! We all agreed that we would have to stop at Roma’s on our next trip through Jacksonville. Thank you for a great night!

Half price bottles of wine on Wednesdays. Best smoked old fashioned.

Very nice Italian type bistro. Went at 3pm. Very good variety of lunch specials. Spaghetti sauce was very meaty, hearty and very good although had strong tomato flavor. Chicken picatta was also very good although sauce was somewhat strong and lemony. Portions are plentiful and we took leftovers home. Bread was flavorful although chewy. I expected an olive oil dip but butter was plentiful. Maitre 'd was excellent. Server was excellent. She comp'ed us fot Italian cream cake which was the highlight of a very good meal. Very comfortable restaurant with friendly, efficient staff. There is a lot of promise here, just needs some tweaks. Definitely will be back.

A large and varied menu, typical Italian fare but not boring. Also excellent gluten free pasta options. The pizza is fantastic. I've had several with GF crust and it's delicious. Servers are very attentive.

Best Authentic Italian food im East Texas.... Highly recommend the chef special pasta. The vodka red sauce is to die for super yummy, and the rolls are freshly baked. Make sure you get the Garlic oil dipping sauce for the bread 🍞 😋... the owner and staff are awesome make you feel like your at home... Enjoy 😉
