Horrible customer service, they don't follow doctors orders, and you have to hold their hand over and over to get a script filled. I will be going back to HEB Pharmacy.

This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am on a type of Med that I must have every day. CVS called to let me know they were out of it and if I needed more I should call other Cvs pharmacies to see if they could fill my prescription.When I called other Cvs pharmacists they took my number and said they would call me back if they could fill the order. Guess what, they never called me back.
No problem, I called HEB pharmacy and they took care of me immediately. Do yourself a huge solid , never set foot in any CVS pharmacy.

No customer service at all with individual at checkout station. No thank you. How are you doing today. Would you like a bag for your item sir. Is there anything else I can help you with. Not once did she look up from her cell phone.

BEWARE - CVS Buda is doing covid testing only at the single line drive thru where people also have to wait to pickup prescriptions. Why can't they put up a tent in big empty parking lot?! So we dont have to risk our life further by going into store???!!??

Joe the manager was the rudest person I have ever came across!!! My first and last time I will ever visit!! I only gave it a star so i could comment if i could give no stars I would!
