Very helpful staff. All my questions were answered to the best of their abilities each time I went there, and staff members were very eager to help me if I encountered any issues.

Sadly the keys I tried to copy for my mailbox have still not worked, even after going back and trying it again, so I just gave up. But other than that, everything had been amazing.

Very nice business Eva one of the worker she help find what I needed leg for furniture and some furniture stopper to help keep a couch from sliding or moving on hardwood floor she knew her way around I appreciate her so much in so much pain from walking had Anerusum surgery I'm still trying heal inside outside she got me in and out I'd couldn't done it on my own

Found just what I needed after a search aided by the employee, Eddie, who went above and beyond helping to find one item. He also knew exactly which isle everything was on. He is an outstanding employee when it is hard to find anyone willing to work or help.

Had some trouble checking out some items. But Leslie was so kind and she did not hesitate to help me she is a wonderful and respectful Young Lady🙂

April , Esai and Henry where an amazing help . We got wood cut but it was cut incorrectly. We went back and they gave us new wood with the correct measurements - with no hassle . April had an amazing sprit , excellent customer service and a good personality. Esai was very professional and understanding and got us help immediately. Henry was very willing to help us , very informative and great conversation as he cut the correct pieces . Thanks Home Depot ! Great employees

Home Depot is one of the best places in the world to go and pick up house

My husband and I went to pick up some tiles from Home Depot. Sam M. was very polite and so helpful!

I never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. If you ever need help ask Carolyn she is in Windows and Doors but she basically knows all the departments.

Went in for 1 item, and Kenny was so nice to stop what he was doing to assist me due to fact I didn't know actually what size to get for the item I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Two other young gentlemen tried to help, but were nice enough to direct us in the right direction. *This was the afternoon staff*

Kenyetta cashier was a great help! She has awesome customer service skills, should make her a manger! Keep up the good work home Depot

Vanessa is a wonderful store associate. She was extremely helpful and thorough with our flooring experience. She made it feel very seamless and was beyond pleasant to work with. Will return to this location just to work with her in the future.

The service here is 10x better than lowes. I really want to give 5 stars but the person in floors told me it was free instalation if I spent over $699 for flooring. This person knew I wanted LVP not carpet. Well its only free instalation for carpet. They changed me $35 to come out and measure my home. Only to find out the free instalation didn't apply to me..... I told Heather in the tile about it and she made sure I got my money back. Actually I'm going to give 5 stars for that. Heather has great customer service. She's very knowledgeable about her department. Rosanna also has excellent customerservice! She always helps me with my account if I'm having issues. She goes above and beyond thank you. Shawn was super helpful as well and explained some interesting lumber information. Happy for these representatives that help during my renovation which is pretty stressful at times.

My mom has her own landscaping business so she come here on a regular bases. She always seeks out Samuel for help. And she always points him out to me when we're there together and saying how nice, helpful, and kind he is. Kindness and compassion makes a huge difference in people's lives. What truly changes us is when we receive compassion from the people we least deserve it from, when we least deserve it. Kindness to my mother is never forgotten. He's pretty swole, too. Priced were a little high, but the customer service was really good....one young man who was stocking was very helpful twice...in the same shopping event. I bought a new ceiling fan that had been marked down $50! It's beautiful and works extremely well. I think you get what you pay for. So I would rather pay a little more for the quality...
...also, we happen to have passed the evening Manager...gosh I wished I could remember her name....we talked maybe ten minutes with her...she was awesome.

This was the Home Depot in the Southeast Corner of John T White and Bridgewood Street close to Loop 820. It was a very nice, clean store as well. To me, THAT is very important!!

Just giving a shout-out to KYLER at the Tool Rental desk, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful today with my chainsaw rental. Great service isn't dead!

Went here to purchase materials for fence replacement...the Customer Care Reps were really kind and patient with me, as it was my first experience as a homeowner. It was nice to have women helping me, as I'm a woman and sometimes it's good when a woman can assist, when you aren't sure if a man is guiding you correctly. Both ladies walked around the Lumber section with me and helped me choose the right pickets, posts, brackets, screws, concrete ..just everything.... thank you Home Depot for employing great women.
