Timewise Food Store #219

Contrary to the outdated reviews from several years ago, my experience was that the manager and the employees are kind and caring. I'm disabled and require the assistance of my service dog, whom they love and treat with affection. The manager was willing to go out of his way to make sure my service dog and I were welcome. Their standards of cleanliness on par, frankly. I guess their current management made it a point to overcome the bad reviews.

I recently moved nearby and frequent close gas stations for tobacco and caffeine. I have been to other time wise locations and have found what I like to buy. This location however does not carry my tobacco product. Over the past 6 weeks I have come in at least twice a week and asked them, very politely I will add, if they had ordered my product and then if they WOULD order my product. Today I spoke to the store manager for the 3rd time, and he told me he would not order the product. I will take my business elsewhere.

Posted hours are 5am until 12am midnight this morning a a new employee as I've been frequenting the store has a handwritten sticker that says 6am points at it.All I wanted was a hot cup of coffee and was turned away.I have been a customer for 5 plus years.

I came into store this morning and this place has never looked like this before but trash was over flowing from trash cans and shelves looked empty and the coffee station was dirty. I have been in this store many of times over the years and this is the first time ever seeing it look nasty and dirty. The people who work there now don't even care. I will start going somewhere else.

The white man that works at nights.. I think he’s the supervisor… He sells to minors without carding them!! He sold some over the age limit items to someone who looked 15.. I asked why he would do that? And he said he knew them….. our kids ain’t safe!

If I could give this place less stars I would please do not ever stop here! The up keep and cleanliness is so sub par its probably a health risk. The bathroom situation was so horrible we decided to go elsewhere. No working locks on the bathrooms doors. And complete disregard from the employees.

I believe i have water in my gas tank,my truck has not been running since the rain that day..The phone number that is listed is not a working number..I know my truck never had any problem since that day..

Horrible men's bathroom...no soap, no towels, not cleaned. No fresh coffee brewed and too grossed out to buy anything.

Terrible the employee threatened my pregnant wife and I. I wish to speak to manage or corporate!!

If I could give no stars I will these people are horrible
