I came to the store to buy my granddaughter a pair of jordans for Christmas. She wanted a specific model. I'm really not a jordan fan but my granddaughter wanted a pair. The store was neat & clean. I was able to find just what I wanted. My sells person was very polite and attentive to my needs. He also gave me options to decide what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the product I wanted. That was a plus for me considering I have no clue about Jordans and the numbers. My overall experience was great!

Store manager is awesome. My children and I had to return an item but I didn't come as prepared as I thought. Spent at least 20 minutes in the store waiting on my wife to email me the correct reciept for her return. I had two children and they were being children while I tried to rope them up. He assured me they were okay and not a problem. It can be tough doing any tasks with my boys but I really appreciated his kindness and patience dealing with us. He's always been a pleasure to deal with. Thanks y'all.

The store is well stocked and clean. AJ was very helpful, and although they didn't have our size, he told us where to go to get what we wanted. Super nice guy.

We were looking for wrestling shoes for my grandson. Pell City store didn't have them so went to Trussville location and got them. Nice helpful people at both stores.
