In the world of customer service, many of us sometimes may find ourselves in situations where we may receive or may not the service you always expect or look for. Being a customer service supervisor and having worked in the industry for close to 10 years you know when good service is just there and you recognize the work that customer service reps do.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Geo at MetroPCS which in short words it can be described as A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Speechless, Awesome, Great and THE BEST! Walked in the store, took care of switching me and my wife to new devices in NO TIME! Geo was friendly the entire time, personable, engaged in the situation and took care of us with not a problem. The guy does not know what NO, CANT, IMPOSSIBLE means simply because he makes things happen pow!

Geo thanks,will keep coming back and send all my people to you wherever you are. Really appreciate the service. Service is 100 STARS,someone needs to come up wit that kind of review for special cases like this.

She was nice and helpful the young woman. Explain to me about internet service and how to install it in my house the box..I picked it this service.

Luis is the man with all the answers. He went out of his way to not only get me connected for service while in Mexico for a week, he also made sure that my phone was unlocked so I could use it in Colombia with a local sim...Everything worked great. Could not be happier with the results. Thank you, Luis...Luis es el hombre con todas las respuestas. Se esforzó por no solo conectarme para el servicio mientras estaba en México durante una semana, sino que también se aseguró de que mi teléfono estuviera desbloqueado para poder usarlo en Colombia con un sim local ...
