Fries were hotter than my rotors on my car rolling into this joint. Best Mcdonald’s in the area! Literally drive forty minutes just to come to this store!

Tuesday, August 8, 2022 4:43pm drive thru order #1373. I was looking forward to trying the crispy chicken sandwich. I was greatly disappointed. At first look it was too dark, over cooked. It had a burnt taste to it as if the oil was old or had been over heated. It was terribly dry. The bun was bigger than the chicken, adding to the dryness. Hopefully this was a fluke, and not the norm. The fries and drink were perfect. The person taking the order, and drive thru window person were polite and professional. I like the ease of giving the order # from the app. If I hadn't been on my way somewhere, I would have brought it back.

The staff was very attentive when we arrived! Great service and not a long wait at all. They offer in door seating, with only certain tables allowed to be sat at.

I am gonna call and give my compliments as well. But oh my word, the best McDonalds I have ever been to. And we travel a lot, and worked for McDonald's. My boyfriend has worked at three different locations down in Washington County. Your food was fresh, hot, and tasted generally better. Fries tasted like potato. The meat was so good, but not dripping in grease, and your frappe was perfectly made. The staff was also kind and funny. One girl seemed tired, and I can imagine why, she deserves a raise! She was so amazing and helpful, and still smiled. She had reddish or light brown hair in a pony tail. Can't thank you for that enough.

This review focuses on Alyssa. Forgive me if I misspell it. She is a ray of sunshine in the mornings. I watched her wipe off a little chocolate syrup from my Frappe. I've been handed messy drinks, but never from her. It seems she takes pride in putting only her best through that window. She suggests items when ordering. She always reads back orders.
She's always smiling and makes me happy around her. It might seem small but it is a big deal to me.

This is a busy McDonald's drive-thru at lunch time. However, it always moves quickly! The people here are super friendly and professional as others have said. I never see anybody slacking or not working, they are always busy making it a very efficient McDonald's.

The service was great today!! I love the sweet tea which is why I always come back for more and I'll b there a lot in the next few weeks just for my favorite drink!!! Happy national fry day!!

Food was delivered to my table quickly and staff was friendly.

Not sure why only 3.5 stars ?? This is best McDonald's around. Consistently clean, toppings and buns always fresh, good service. Only Big Mac around that looks like the picture. If I'm in the mood for McDonald's I go outa my way to go to Wexford's McDonald's !!

This location is faster, less crowded, and has better access than the location a couple of miles south on McKnight road. Surprisingly the ice cream machine is always working. Menu is what you expect at any other McDonald's. I can't recall a time where they were out of anything. Staff is mostly teenagers from the area. Always friendly.

Great customer service. James that works in the drive thru has excellent customer service, is very polite and friendly. Ian that takes care of your order at second window was also very polite and had excellent customer service and was so nice. Ian went above and beyond to bag our food in away that we knew what was the special order and made sure nothing was crushed. These employees need to be recognized for their great customer service. Thank you and I appreciate all of you.

This has been by far my best McDonalds experience I ever had with my daughter. The entire staff was extremely friendly and interactive with my daughter. This was our first time using the table service, and I had to laugh to myself a little when our food was delivered and person delivering it apologized for the long wait, it took not even 5 minutes to recieve our food. Food was hot and fresh so no complaints here. Sad how 5 minutes in this industry is considered a long wait. Great job by all your staff, and especially the cashier, I wish I would have remembered her name but she was an older lady that was extremely pleasant.

Went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window I specifically asked if my sauces for the chicken nuggets were in the bag. She said they should be and didn't check. I know I should have before I pulled away and I didn't and guess what there were no sauces in the bag. So everybody make sure to check before you pull away.

The best way for me to start my day is going through the drive-thru at McDs. Rich always know what I am ordering and is very affable. Tall Dave is always friendly and a great manager. There is also Catherine, Patti, Tess and Renee, who are all fine, friendly and professionally. What's the secret to getting such a nice crew of employees and managers?

Nice clean place. What was different was the manager came out to check on her customers. She offered to refill coffees and when I mentioned I misordered, she made it right at no charge. Even though it was my mistake. I will be happy to return here.

You can't say more than this place is an institution. Consistent good food served quick and hot. Breakfast lunch and dinner, everyone has a favorite meal served here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. We like breakfast most and prices are senior friendly.

This is probably the most comfortable and we'll run McDonald's I have seen in Western Pennsylvania. As an attorney that travels around a lot, I've been at many. Management is so warm and respectful to patrons, I go there every Saturday morning.
