After my order with another local store couldn’t be fulfilled and was cancelled, the team at the East Liberty location went above and beyond to make sure my item was ordered and delivered within my timeframe. Thank you!

Lisa and Gerald in the paint department helped me out immensely with paint that I needed, and I was able to get a discount for taking some canceled paint job. It was great! Thank you so much. if all the employees were like these two, I would buy stock in Home Depot.

I get all my masonite panels for my oil paintings cut at the Home Depot. I typically get a 4 x 8 foot sheet of Masonite and have the staff cut it into 6 x 8“ panels. The staff is always very helpful and eager to assist. If you are an artist in need Of raw masonite panels, definitely consider coming to Home Depot to have the panels cut for you.

Great experience from ordering on-line to pick-up in the store! Elizabeth, in customer service was both helpful and friendly. The associate, that helped me load the door in my truck, was also both friendly and helpful!

Always well stocked. Friendly employees. If you're buying only a couple of things, use the app/web to locate where it is before you arrive. Then it's quick and simple to find with the aisle and bay numbers.
And they have the car shopping carts for the little kids!

The only reason this is 5 stars is because of Ms. T in the paint department. She is the reason I continue to shop at Home Depot, and have made several visits/purchases in the past couple weeks. She was so willing to help, and guide me initially when I didn’t know too much about paint. She was patient and polite every one of the 7+ times I’ve dealt with her over the past couple weeks/months. She should be running this store and training all departments on how to provide excellent customer service. Maybe then they could follow Lowe’s example in the lack of theft and loss so they could fix their new ridiculously annoying check out system too.

I always love shopping at home depot than Lowes. The home depot team will help you in the store compare to Lowes. This store l was today very easy to shop for what you want.

Easily the cleanest, best staffed, best stocked store in the region. As a part of my work, I have to visit these stores constantly. The team at this location is second to none. Knowledgeable, approachable and helpful, this group seems to care about the overall customer experience.

This store is always busy. Needed a replacement part for the downstairs shower, an old Delta unit. They had the correct replacement and the silicon grease, more or less what you would expect. The difference was the parts section was neat and well organized, things were easy to find. It was more like a high end hardware store, but still scarce on people to help find/advise on parts and methods.

I was recently here for special plug in light bulbs. Employee showed we how to make sure. I had the right size. ✅. Then my cashier helped me apply for a discount on line. Sooo nice and helpful.

Great Home Depot. Personable staff. These two employees talked to me and my son, gave him a lollipop, walked us around the store. They were really kind and helped us pick out a cooler for camping.

I love this store it has great stuff to build a house to fix your house and to also maintain your house. I would advise always going here it may be expensive but it's worth it

Only place to buy Milwaukee Tools, clean facilities

ITS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP AT .I LIKE IT. GOOD PARKING. A D LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING IS THERE. BOUGHT MY NEW KITCHEN CABINETS FROM THERE COUNTER TOP.ITS BEAUTIFUL.

I think my car knows the way here by itself. I used to go almost every day for some exercise and light garden shopping. I still go whenever I need something. They gave me a credit card tho, and it's WAY too easy to spend there now. But I have gotten a lot of great stuff esp at sale times. I love the Ryobi One+ cordless tools, and have gotten some great deals on batteries at Memorial Day and July 4th sales. Recently got a fantastic deal on a programmable thermostat.

The staff at this location (as most locations) is very helpful and friendly. I never have trouble finding someone in a reasonable time if I need a question answered or can't find something, even tho they are always busy here.

I can look up an item on my phone and find the item without having to search for it.

I was asked almost immediately when I entered if I needed help finding anything. I responded that I had looked online for my item's location in the store and she let me go with a kind smile. I found my tool exactly where the website said it was and was checked out within a couple minutes of entering the store. Great experience here today and a few times previously.
