Literally the best turkey sub I've EVER had. Totally didn't expect to be blown away like that. Now I can't get a sandwich anywhere else!

I come in here no less than 2-3 times a week, and Sam (shop owner) is always pleasant and friendly. Between the fresh sandwiches, and the wonderful assortment of non-perishables, this makes the midweek small grocery runs VERY easy. Even carries items by request!

Had a Large Classic Italian. Sandwich was great, and had some Tortellini Pesto Salad, which was excellent. I was even able to get a few convience items to go....

Best Deli in town! The owner and his family are super nice and friendly too. Can't say enough good things about this market. The subs and salads are amazing, great selection of snacks, groceries and household items. The store is always spotless and is open late.

Love this store. Very clean and always well stocked with the most current items. Great deli for lunch or something quick for dinner. Above all that, they always make the customer feel like they matter. Incredible kindness & customer service.

Sam the owner is super nice and the store is always stocked with lots of varieties! The deli is sooooo good!!! Their subs are so bomb, my boyfriend and I always come back for them! I love supporting small businesses like them! You won't be disappointed! I'm already a regular!

Such a great place to come to always; delicious deli subs, extremely nice customer service, hygiene, cleanness and neatness are always on point!!! They can get you anything even if they did not carry it before. You feel like you know those people for a long time. they are so nice and respectful ...

I no longer live in the area, but I use to live across the street from this store/deli and I cannot recommend it enough. The shop is family owned and they are so nice! The owner would ask me if there was anything I wanted to order timeserver I went in and would get it for me personally next time. The sandwiches are SO good. Made to order to deli and homemade salads and pasta dishes. I strongly encourage you to visit this store and support local business!!!!

Sam and his family run this best convenience store - so lucky to have this in my building. He saved us multiple times during COVID when things like yeast and toilet paper were scarce in stores, he said he tried to stock up to help his customers. His family is super nice and funny, I always get the warm and fuzzies when I come down.

His subs are amazing!! Highly recommended. A ton of options and they are happy to customize. Always fresh and delicious. High quality meat and I love the different sauces they have. Thank you for everything you do!

Sam is the owner and he is wonderful! Not only does he make an awesome sandwich, but he values the happiness of his customers. We live in the building and he takes into account things we may need and will get them in stock if he doesn’t have it. Always has a smile on his face and never takes more than 10 min for your order! GO HERE :)

I never liked Deli before in my life, although I tried all famous places.
Then it happened I visited this store and saw how neat, clean, elegant with customized sense of customer service. Every time I went there, I was treated like a unique person, furthermore, they welcome carrying any unavailable item in their store next day if you just tell them you want them to.
Then I decided to try their Deli and I was stunned how could Deli subs be that delicious and how much I missed out all those years. Now, my mouth waters every single time I just think of going to Convenience 365 Market & Deli ... STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to try!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about this family run convenience store. It is the BEST. Not only do they literally have everything you need - they have an amazing deli as well. Sam ( the owner ) stayed open throughout ALL of covid and was such an enormous life safer when the grocery stores were bare. He was always fully stocked and constantly shopping to provide for his customers during the crazy times. The BEST store ever!!!

This place is great! It’s super clean and has a really great variety of groceries for a mini mart. And the made to order sandwiches are so great with lots to choose from. It is so nice to have in the neighborhood.

This is my favorite go-to store in Charlestown. Sam, the owner is a wonderful man, always accommodating (Yes he will actually order things for you if he does not have them available in the store!) - and they have an excellent selection! ( they will make it exactly like you want it!) The sandwiches are amazing, and the staff- which include some of Sam‘s family as well - are just the nicest people. On many occasions I’ve heard Sam say to a customer who may be leaving empty-handed: “What were you looking for what can we get you?”..... This little store has made living in Charlestown just a bit sweeter. Thank you SO MUCH Sam and all!

This review is a long time coming. I’ve been living in Charlestown for 18 months and been in this store at least 100 times. It’s in my opinion, the best sandwich in Charlestown. Plenty of meat and filling, fresh and consistent every time. Great grocery selection for the necessities, etc. Sam and his family are very nice people and always pleasant when you come in. 5 ⭐

I live in the building and frequent 365. It’s very well run and managed. Lovely people. Excellent customer service and a terrific array of produce. Friends of mine who also reside in Charlestown concur and speak highly of the deli ( which I’ve yet to sample ), so in summary-a great addition to 275 .... lucky to have such a convenience - - literally steps from my loft.
Definitively a 5 star experience.

These guys are the best. Very friendly owner(s). They have a deli in the back and they use all Boars Head ingredients. My coworkers and I have frequented them on several occasions. They have a large assortment of drinks and snacks and other convenience store products ( a bit pricey). Very clean inside!! It's easy to miss as it's not on street level and not very big. You have to walk up a few stair steps. Give them a try You won't be disappointed.

Great subs for a great price. The convenience store is great to pick up a few things when you don't want to make a trip to the grocery store. The owner is always incredibly nice. Would recommend going here to anyone in the area.
