Marathon Gas

I am a regular customer because I am always satisfied with everything I enjoy at this Marathon. Cashier Mark and all of the other cashiers are always prompt and through with their service. One small thing that I think is a big thing is that this station uses high quality black plastic bags for everything you purchase. These bags are very strong. They use 2 if you get 2 2 liter sodas and the bags do not break. I reuse these bags at home as liners for my small trash bins. The gas pumps function well and the car wash does a great job cleaning my vehicles.

Amazingingly friendly customer service super friendly and helpful. Amazingly clean restrooms. I appreciate this since I work in construction and am a woman.

Lots of pumps, pumps consistently work, easy entry/exit from 13 Mile and Mound. Adding hand sanitizer by the pumps would be nice.

The store is excellent! Good variety of beer, quick and easy checkout.

Great employees great selection of beer and liquor I usually come around 6-8 pm after work and the employees always take care of me there and are always jolly and cracking jokes. Such a nice environment to be in feels like home when I walk in. Just one thing when I come in later around 12-1 this old guys there and always wants to give me these old items from the grill like I haven’t been coming for years lol and he seems to be driving customers away. Overall probably cleanest and nicest gas station I’ve been to very well mannered employees!

By far the best out of every gas station I've ever been to in my 41 years of life!! Excellent customer service. Clean and fully stocked of beer, wine, liquor and snacks! The first time I used thier car wash a young gentleman walked over to physically show me how to use it properly. Any time I'm in Warren I will be coming here! Oh and they have fresh and hot snacks too, pizza rolls, breakfast sandwiches etc. Excellent job guys!!

With all the options you have to stop for gas, coffee, snacks & even liquor on Mound Road; why come here? Customer Service...old school. The owner works early mornings, probably most of the day, and he's the epitome of how a store should be run. I told him one day I didn't need a bag and he said, he just wanted to take care of me. Gas prices are on point with other stations, even if they were higher, I'd come here. Clean store, pumps, parking lot. Loads of professionalism. To say a gas station is a joy to stop at may be rediculious, but this one is worth it.

This has to be the best stocked and cleanest gas station I’ve ever been too and all the people that work there are the funniest always good time when I come in here

The old man who works the early mornings is the best. Makes you feel welcomed. Large selection of everything you need.

great gas station /quick stop store.

Always clean and friendly

If you are a black or brown person, don’t go here. In the almost two decades I have lived near this business, out of the less than 5 times I have entered their facility over that time span, each time I have been met with rudeness including one time the clerks kept talking like they didn’t see me or another time one kept tinkering with liquor bottles while I waited. Today I went in to report a problem with their car wash machine malfunctioning (only because the other nearby car wash recently went up on their pricing) after submitting money. I was interrogated by a clerk who had to be half my age and basically treated like I was lying and he was law enforcement. The amount in question was $5 and I am driving a luxury European SUV. His tone was disrespectful and dismissive until I told him that until the problem was resolved no other customers could use the car wash. Then all of a sudden he called someone from back to resolve the issue.

I was sold $100 worth of chewing tobacco that was four years past it's expiration date. Stay away from this place and spend your money elsewhere.
